We shipped him stone and it arrived damaged and he neglected to inspect it so we could not go after the freight company for the damage in transit. To help Annex Tile out we shipped out the same order again. RJ said he would pay us a very low fee and keep the damaged material. He kept telling us the check was in the mail and it never was. We sent him to collections and he hid out from them too. We would have taken the stone back at no cost to him but he wanted to keep it. They recently completed a kitchen remodel for us, and saying they did an unbelievably incredible job - would be an understatement. Day after day the team came in with positive and hard working energy. Having them in our house was an absolute pleasure. The project shut down the main room of our house, but they pulled off the impossible and made it feel like there was no project going on at all when they left.
