Colleagues who had attended meetings the week prior raved about the food and I wasn't disappointed. Our lunch included vegetable soup, Mediterranean salad, hummus and pita, salmon, lemon capered chicken, and really delicious potatoes. For dessert they had bread pudding and baklava. The only thing lacking at dinner time was the fact many of the dishes were very low on seasoning and a bit bland. Overall, the food was excellent but I needed a bit more salt/seasoning. My favorite dinner component was the endless arrangement of different kinds of salads. There is nothing like fresh greens. For dessert: I was thrilled they set up bite size portion desserts. Fun and challenging little executive course. 12 par 3's and 6 par 4's coming it at around 3,000…read moreyards. Most of these are on the short side, but almost every hole has an approach over water to a small and undulating green. This course will really give you a chance to dial in your short irons, or you will be losing a lot of balls. The course does have some distance between some of the holes as it meanders through the community so a cart is still the way to go. Some of the carts have little air conditioners built in. That is a first for me, but must be really nice on the hot days. It is pretty loud, but can just be turned on and off in between shots. There are some really nice courses not too far away, but would recommend as a good practice round, or if you don't have much time or are playing with someone that a full course might be too much for. The length would be good for a beginner, but all the water would make it a pretty tough test for them.
