Wow! What an incredibly fun night! We had such a great experience at PopStroke…read more We arrived a little after 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday with a group of five adults and one child. The parking lot was packed, which is usually a good sign that you're in for a fun evening. One helpful tip for first-time visitors: when you arrive, the main entrance actually leads into the restaurant, Bar Tenders. If you're there to play mini golf, look to the left of the entrance for the golf check-in counter where you'll purchase your tickets. We were celebrating a friend's birthday, and everyone had a fantastic time. I have to admit, my husband and I were a little skeptical at first. We typically enjoy traditional mini golf courses with themed obstacles, so seeing mostly putting greens made us wonder if we'd enjoy it. We were pleasantly surprised! The courses are beautifully designed, well-landscaped, and much more fun than we expected. The property is well thought out, with TVs throughout the course (perfect for catching the World Cup matches), a central bar, benches scattered around the course, and even hooks for purses at many of the holes, which was such a thoughtful touch. There are two 18-hole courses, one easier and one more challenging. Your admission includes unlimited play on both courses for the day, which makes the price feel like a great value. We paid $30 per adult, with discounted pricing for children. They were also offering a summer special where, for $50, you receive unlimited play through the end of September. They also mentioned offering healthcare discounts, and I believe they may have military and teacher discounts as well, although I can't personally confirm those. Another feature I thought was really convenient was the QR codes located throughout the course. You can scan them to order drinks for delivery right to your location on the course. I'm not sure whether food can also be ordered this way, but it was a nice touch. Even though the venue was busy, it never felt overcrowded. The course kept people spread out well, so there wasn't much waiting between holes. Overall, we truly had a great time. Everyone in our group ended up purchasing the $50 summer pass because we enjoyed ourselves so much. We'll definitely be back again soon!

The "Stroke" in PopStroke Is for the Stroke You'll Have When You See the Price of Mini Golf…read more We recently visited PopStroke Delray Beach with our kids (all under 8), and while the facility is clean and well-run, the value just wasn't there for our family. The course itself is fine -- but pretty basic. It's nicely landscaped and in good shape, but there's nothing especially creative or over-the-top that makes it feel worth the premium pricing. For younger kids, 18 holes was more than enough. Ours only wanted to play one round, and after that they were done. The pricing structure seems geared more toward people who plan to stay for hours -- replaying rounds, hanging out, ordering food and drinks. If you maximize the "all day" aspect, maybe it starts to make sense. But for families with young kids who realistically will only make it through one round? One bright spot: free ice cream for kids on Tuesdays. Overall, it's a nice facility, but unless you're planning to really camp out and get multiple rounds in, the value just isn't there for families with younger children.

I enjoy how places like this makes certain activities, more accessible and modernize for an average person that wouldn't usually go to a full golf course or country club per se. It was a great way to gather friends with the fun activity. The ability to order drinks and snack snacks is a big plus. We were all very happy and the weather was great for this! If you have some slightly competitive friends, I definitely recommend this as well since everyone gets to see their score as the activity goes on so that it keeps you motivated.

We had an absolute BLAST getting outside of our comfort zone and trying something new. There is something truly exhilarating about cracking the ball and seeing it fly onto the course. They have really fun games you can designate like Sonic or Angry Birds. The staff couldn't have been more lovely! Our initial bay had a faulty screen that they couldn't fix. They immediately moved us over to another bay and gave extended us 20 minutes for the inconvenience. We didn't order food, but we did order cocktails. They were just okay. I highly recommend making a reservation coming during the day versus night because the price point is drastically different by day and time. We came on a Saturday from 12-2 and paid $40 for up to six people. The check in experience is phenomenal through their app. If you're looking to try something new on the weekend, check them out!

The menu is prix fix, and they have some additional specials that carry an up-charge. Wines by the glass were good, I like that they have Flowers Chardonnay like they do at their beach club. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the Crab & Avocado Salad and the really nice Grilled Chicken Skewers. Then Pan Seared Halibut served with Pea Risotto and Grilled Lamb Chops, 4 double cut chops, with Brussel Sprouts... really good! A tray of assorted desserts was just ok, nothing particularly stood out. Suffered from plating and putting in a fridge to hold... and served too cold. Service was on a high level. Colleagues who had attended meetings the week prior raved about the food and I wasn't disappointed. During breaks the staff kept our room clean and refreshed the beverages. Well done!! If you're looking to host a meeting in the area, I highly recommend this location.
