I've been taking my 2 Sea Doo Sparks to Central Crossing for the last 5 years just to winterize…read morebefore storing for the winter. It's a very basic job so have always been happy with their results. 2 years ago, their labor price was $90/ hour. Last year, it was $110/ hour. Now this year, it has jumped all the way up to $150/hour. My invoice just 2 years ago was $131.36. I picked them up this year to find the charge $267.46. They explained to me that it was the new labor price and the increase in shop supplies, just antifreeze and fuel stabilizer, as to the drastic increase. I get that inflation has affected us all, but they've more than doubled their price in just 2 years? I understand that since Covid we live in a different world in supplies and labor, but this huge increase is a definite example of price gouging and taking advantage of the situation in screwing their loyal customers. I definitely will not be back for a 6th year and recommend anyone who is on some sort of budget to go elsewhere where you can get the job done for a fraction of what they overcharge. I have waited several months to have this fixed. Aaron whom I am dealing with has told my NEXT WEEK 16 times. It is now November, the season is over and the lift is not fixed. WARNING DO NOT BUY A BOAT LIFT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We bought the anchor…read morearound lunch time (it was the only one they had) and then around 4:30 when we went to pull it up from the 13' depth we had it anchored around the corner from Campbell Point, the rope and steel crevice came up but the anchor did not. They were unapologetic and refused to do anything for us. We will not be coming back.
