I'm not a guy that normally leaves reviews but this time it's well deserved.I'm a local that has lived in this area for 46 years and have visited many parks around Tablerock as I to live on Tablerock.Our group of about 10 people all in there 20's other than myself(64) came to use the picnic area to grill and do a little fishing for 2 hours.No drinking I might add!The lady park attendant approached us 4 times repeatedly asking us if we paid our $5 to get in and ask me for the second time while fishing with my daughter I said yes we did.She snaps back do you own the red truck I said no we have the two black vehicles in which you seen us just 30 minutes pryor.She says oh well I was in the military which I still have know idea why that was even mentioned but the point I'm making is this is the worst example of a campground host i have ever seen!If you approach someone as a host would it hurt you to first say hi how you doing? Just making sure everybody here paid the day use fee and the whole interaction would have been so much more pleasant but no now it's obv left a bitter taste in my mouth and I never again go to your park until this attendant is gone!!!!!She has the worst customer interaction skills ever!She needs to stay out of the public!!!!! read more

Five stars is not enough. They were above and beyond friendly and helpful. We called in the morning to see if we could move up our schedules time an hour due to possible bad weather. No issue at all. The bad weather hit and we made it back in. Comped the time, again zero issues. The boat was immaculate and so was the store. I can not recommend this place enough 10 stars. read more

We were having troubles with our car rental and were unable to drive into Arkansas to pickup our boat. They could have just cancelled our reservation and been within their rights to take our $100 deposit. Instead, they went out of their way to pick us up at another marina in Missouri and drive us down to their place to fill out the paperwork. We loved the boat we had! (This was the second time we rented from them.) Great price! Had a tube for our rental as well which was perfect and lots of fun! The people were so nice and friendly. Once we were done for the day, they finished off our paperwork and dropped us back off at our vehicle at the other marina. When we spoke with workers at the other marina, they even had nothing but wonderful things to say about Cricket Creek Marina! That is how you know they are doing a great job - your competitors have nothing but nice things to say about you! You won't go wrong by taking your business to these amazing people! I can't say enough about how great our experience was with Cricket. We made a reservation early in the week for a pontoon and when the weather looked questionable they allowed us to move to another day. I do admit that it was off season so I'm sure that helped. All the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Their prices were better than others we compared to. Give them a try. read more

Sent us out on a broken boat and did nothing to fix the situation. We rented a pontoon for the afternoon in July and halfway through our day the canopy completely ripped off, the broken & sharp metal poles barely missing the driver. We were unable to get it back up so this left us with no shade relief during a 106-degree day. We eventually made it back to the marina where the dock guys, upon seeing our broken canopy, were extremely apologetic and mentioned "knowing that was going to happen" due to the deteriorating quality of the canopy support. Returning inside to the owners to discuss the situation we were rudely told that we should have called the desk and he would have "brought us another boat". Making it OUR fault that they knowingly sent us out on a shotty boat. Who wants to call the support desk and wait for a replacement boat clear across the lake? We asked for a compensation from our total rental fee since we did not get the full service that we paid for and not only was this owner unwilling to give us any money back but he was extremely rude and confrontational in the situation. Not a way to treat paying customers at all. Not a way to run a rental service business at all. I realize this is a boat marina in Arkansas, but the actions were very unprofessional for someone asking for hundreds of dollars to rent a broken boat. At the very end, he finally comped some of our gas money but this was after arguing and making us feel like we were in the wrong for 20 minutes. There are plenty of other marinas on Table Rock that will give you a better experience. There's no need to be such an ass on the lake! read more

Cricket Creek Marina is a nice place to gas up the boat. The owners and staff are polite, knowledgeable and appreciative of your business. Clean marina inside and outside. The bathrooms are clean and new. Pizza is delicious and served made to order. read more

i would not recommend this marina. They limit the areas of the lake that boat renters may go. They do not reveal this limitation on their web site but they email it when the reservation is paid. We couldn't cancel without penalty due to their cancellation policy. The staff that we worked with was rude and helping others in the store and answering phones while we were trying to complete paperwork, get fishing licenses and get on the lake. They wasted our rental time and refused to allow additional time for their delay. We have two days rented with this company. So much for customer service! The lake is great and fishing is good. I would definitely recommendn another marina however. read more

Awesome day!!!! Staff was great, a little younger, but they were very knowledgable, polite, and courteous. The pontoon was well kept that we rented was new and had a new motor, too. Oh yeah, the best part of our rental was the complimentary water tube!!! We had such and awesome time on both the AR and MO sides of Table Rock Lake. Would highly recommend renting from this marina! There shop has cute clothes for the whole family (a little pricey but not outrageous). Forget something, they have it there just remember that it will be more than you are used to paying. The rental price was a pretty good deal and the price for gas is reasonable. No price gouging here. 4hrs on the water was perfect and to fill up the tank back at the marina was only $27. You should rent from here if you're in the area!! read more

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Cricket Creek and will be returning on or annual trips to Table Rock to use their marina. We rented a pontoon for half a day and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. The boat was in pristine condition and ran beautifully. Also really enjoy how the location is more remote and less crowded than some others in the lake. The price is significantly less than nearby marinas. All in all a great business. read more

We had so much fun. We rented the fishing pontoon for 1/2 day. It was well equipped and in perfect condition. The lake is lovely and boat traffic lighter than we saw closer to Branson. The prices run about 1/2 at Cricket Creek compared to similar rentals in Branson, and it's just a short drive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient little store on site where we bought our fishing licenses. They also had snacks, swimwear, apparel, tackle, tubing stuff, drinks etc. read more

Great service, great rates, great boats. We ended up at Cricket Creek after another marina messed up our reservation. I am very glad we did because I think the location on the southern edge of the lake is actually a big positive. We arrived early as requested by the marina staff. I went through the rental agreement and they gave detailed orientation of what to avoid out on the lake. The boat looked brand new and was in perfect condition. We tubed for 4 hours and used less than half of a tank of fuel. This part of the lake is calm and not a lot of traffic. Only passed by one really big boat and was glad because it made a huge wake that I wouldn't have wanted to deal with out on the main part of the lake all day. If we had rented a ski boat instead of a pontoon we might have ventured out onto the main part of the lake to get some big wakes but with a pontoon and tube we got enough wakes from the little bit of traffic that we encountered. Check in was pleasant, but they really go back over the boat to make sure you didn't damage it so make sure you follow their rules and directions because they are going to find any damage you do. We had no problem with that since we just used the boat as directed. When all said and done we ended up spending less at Cricket Creek than we would have at one of the other marina's b/c they give you a free tube rental with the boat. All around great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again. read more

Our experience with this marina was 90% positive, but ended on a very negative note. The staff was all very friendly and the boat was great. With 1.5 hours left in our 8 hour rental, I called and asked if we could extend the rental, to which they responded it was okay to extend the rental 2 hours for $100. I verbally agreed. I got a call at the new end time to which I responded that we were 5-10 minutes away, and the owner hung up on me. While we were traveling, we wiped down all the seats and disposed of all the trash so the only thing that needed to be hosed was the floor. When I walked inside to settle up, the owner was visibly angry and extremely rude. I asked why he was angry and he could hardly contain himself. He told me the end time was a drop dead time to which I let him know his staff told us 15-30 minutes late was fine, but no more. He responded that nobody on his staff would ever say that, and proceeded to walk me out to the boat and tell me the floor was filthy. I asked why he was so angry and he told me if I wouldn't pay the $50 late fee for 10 minutes, he would call the police. I agreed to pay and said that 'for the record, the people working there were very friendly and the boat was great, but I don't appreciate the contentious attitude.' I left, thanked his staff and told him I would leave a review based on his negative attitude. read more
