When I needed my suit rushed for a wedding they were able to get it done in time and without a lot of negotiating about when they could have it done by. Service has been hit or miss, sometimes the person at the counter isn't speaking, sometimes people are really friendly. If you drop off your cleaning on a Tuesday, they give you a 20% discount. Apparently there is also a tailor in there.

She asked me about the mission work of my church with that African nation ... she was willing to engage with me in conversation before we both went back to our days. When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! I unfortunately did not see the covid hours sign (printed on a piece of paper taped to the window) until I returned when they were closed. I was annoyed because my receipt said the clothes would be ready at 5pm a week from the day I left them, and under that, the hours listed showed that they were open until 7pm. I wish they would have been more clear so I didn't have to waste my time driving there only to go home and come back another day. They should update their hours if they're closing early and not tell you your clothes will be ready for pick up at the time they close.
