Yes, I do. I had a good experience with them. Treated me fair and gave me a good rate. Thank you King T.

Fletcher's Towing is the only company you should be calling to tow your vehicle!…read more I was stranded on a Saturday night with mother's day being the next day. He dropped everything he was doing to come get my car where it needed to go! He is thoughtful and treats your car exactly how he would to his own. I always have peace of mind and trust for my Corvette to get handled perfectly. It is very inexpensive for the quality of work. Look no further and give them a call! John

This is a five star review so you already know my thoughts, but after speaking with Chris today I…read morethink it's important to go into a bit more detail. For any company out there HOW they do business is just as important as whether they do a good job. Read on. I'll try to entertain you along the way I promise. I don't know jack about cars. It's not my thing and never has been and I always feel like an idiot when something goes wrong because while it would probably be a good idea to learn what makes my car go VROOM VROOM life is too short and I have other things I'd like to spend my time on. So one day I wake up and my car won't VROOM or even turn on. Crap. It's stuck in the drive way and there's no easy way to jump it in the position it's in. How do I even jump a car? ::Googles how to jump a car:: "Jumping your car might lead to injury death and maybe destruction of electrical equipment/starter" oh nice great easy I'll pass thanks. I called a few shops, some big, some small. All of them tell me it's an alternator problem based on the dash lights, age of the car, etc. I'm told I shouldn't try and jump it because it could die at any moment which might lead to me dying any moment so just have the car towed and they'll do some diagnostic work on it. My BS detector starts perking up but again, not a car guy. I look on yelp and see that Sam's is pretty close to where I live so I put out a request for a quote. Yelp told me they would send it to a few people I said sure fine whatever. Within a few minutes I get a message from Chris asking for some details about what's wrong with my car. I tell him it won't start and relay what the shops told me. He gave me a quote and said he could squeeze me in sometime today (we spoke yesterday evening). Oh I also got an automated message from another towing company this morning, and the third one never bothered to respond. Fast forward to this morning Chris shows up at my house and immediately pulls out a jump kit to get my car started to rule out the alternator problem. Why? He's the guy towing my car why does he care....? It starts and stays start-ed. He tells me to skip the shop and go to advanced auto where they can test my battery and throw a new one in because it's definitely not my alternator. (I also googled what an alternator was because cars are ::waves hands:: made of magic or something). There was a service charge for him to come out which I felt was more than fair for the amount of money he saved me. Turns out it was just a dead battery most likely from the heat and not going anywhere/working from home. He could have made more for towing me a mile down the road and let the mechanic figure it out but he didn't. That is....so important these days. In the business I'm in, integrity is in short supply (Real Estate. Don't even get me started), and honestly it seems like it's in short supply everywhere. Nobody is honest with each other and it's very rare you come across people, let alone business owners, that aren't trying to skin you alive and pull a fast one on you to make an extra buck. Chris didn't do that. He was professional and honest. I know he wasn't trying to just fix the issue so he could cut and run to the next job. We sat and spoke for a bit while the car ran just to make sure it wouldn't abruptly die. After he left I almost felt like I ripped him off for not ripping me off. Is that weird? That's weird isn't it. Anyway five stars A+ would definitely call him for any future towing needs and you should too.

Told the office when I called that the clutch was out, but it was a easy access. I even pushed the truck from the side of my house to the road access ready for him by myself. The driver gets here honk, his horn waves for me to come over to him asked me if the truck is drivable. I'd proceeded to tell him no the truck is not drivable. I told your office that the clutch is out. That I pushed the truck by myself so it would be easy for him to get to. then he wanted to get an attitude with me while I was still standing next to his vehicle. I had to jump back because he sped off and almost ran over my feet. This isn't even my first account with this company two months ago when the lifter went out on my truck it broke down on the highway in Richmond on a toll road. I had to give them coordinations because there was no address. The only reason why I wasn't mad that the driver couldn't find the truck was because it was so late and I was extremely understanding about what had happened, but I called the office and they told me that your truck must have gotten towed by the police because it was at the toll road. I had to get a friend to drive down the toll to go look for my truck and lo and behold. My truck was there don't get me wrong. The company did make it right but they still charge me premium price for it at this time, it was already two days sitting there by hand of God my truck did not get towed by the police.

We pay $100/mo for these spots, so I'm not going to let someone park in my spot infront of my doo, and spilling onto the spot next to mine. I called On-time. On the phone, they were incredibly sweet. Asked for the details and everything about the vehicle, and said a driver will be there soon. "Okay fantastic!" I said and thought. 3 hours later, I peer out my window and the car is still there. I call about 4 hours later, and ask what's going on. Again, the lady on the phone was incredibly sweet and said "He should've been there by now!" I'd freakin' hope so, so I go to bed hoping that I wake up and the car is gone. Wake up in the middle of the night, and I look out the window for curiosity's sake. About 9 hours after my initial call and the car is still there. I think to myself "This is actually ridiculous, let me remind them again" so I call. The line rings, and rings, and then the line is picked up and slammed, which has pushed the experience to beyond terrible. I go back to bed, and message the leasing agency to let them know how our contracted towing company is acting. I wake up to go to work, and the car is still there on hour 13 from my initial call. I think "The worst that could happen I think is they curse at me" so I call again. Lady on the phone is super nice, and I remind them of the county bylaw obligation for towing responsiveness. They brush me off and say they'll get a tow truck out there. I think next time I'm going to hire 4 of my friends, and push the damn thing, or put a boot on the wheel or something. Customer service: 4/5; 5/5 if you call during the day. Quality: ?/5, they never grabbed a car, maybe 0/5? I recommend trying other options in RVA.
