My opinion is based on my experience this morning (see below). I called to inquire how much a product was and the person on the other line accused me that my husband called the previous night. I told him that my husband did not call last night and this was my first inquiry. He was rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner or manager and he said he was the owner (he clearly knew it was me calling back) and I told him that him hanging up on a customer was rude and unprofessional. But I didn't get to finish that sentence because he, again, hung up on me. I don't know about you but I found that whole exchange upsetting and extremely unprofessional.
