At said consultation, I was given a brief…read moreexplanation of the process, with minimal detail and finally a quote before being rushed and pressured into applying for a loan for a care package. I got the preapproval and the salesman immediately pushed me to follow through with the loan. Multiple times, I expressed my uncertainty and it was brushed off as insignificant. I knew this would be an expensive procedure and a big commitment which is why I scheduled a consultation. No where did it say I had to apply and accept the loan that day in the office. It was most definitely a high pressure sale and I don't think this is appropriate for this sort of situation. Purchasing a care package that costs over $3,000 is not something that should be a split second decision and this salesman did not care about his customer, rather just the sale. If you make an appointment for a consultation, DO NOT let them pressure you into the loan. This is an expensive procedure, a consultation should be a place for you to inform yourself BEFORE making a decision!
