The girls upfront are very caddy and unprofessional when I called to talk to someone about my bellybutton piercing top falling off after three weeks they said there was nothing they could do about it and I had to pay for a whole new piercing so basically spend another 100 dollars. When I already spent 120 dollars including tip. When I talked to the manager after she called me back she kept saying the same thing over and over that we don't have warranty on our jewelry so I would have to pay for a whole new piece when my belly button isn't even healed yet. I guess I will stick to my normal place lost sheep tattoo because at least I know they back there jewelry up with a warranty if it gets lost. read more

Amazing and professional people over at the Concord Mills NC location. Been here twice for my Septum piercing by Morgan and 2nd lobe piercing by Christian. Both are healing in very nicely so far and I've been keeping up with cleaning with saline solution and turning/ moving them twice daily. Morgan took care and wrote out the healing instructions for my septum on the back of my receipt and she even told me I had a slight deviation before piercing me. Christian was super down to earth and was easy for me to talk to about my piercing experience. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. My daughter and I went in to get her ears pierced. The girl at the front acted so bothered but told us the price and acted like that was going to make us go away. When it didn't, she huffed, pointed to the wall and said to fill out the waiver. It failed to pull up. She said that sometimes the system went down but she had no control over that. Obviously we left on that note and went to Clair's who did an amazing job! So many red flags. Don't come here at here at all. Between me and my fiancée only three piercings with jewelry $300 . They didn't tell us the price before so we wouldn't go anywhere else. Also we wanted to get a tattoo and had talked to a tattoo artist, when we get to the counter we find out how much everything is and we're shocked. Then she tells us you have to pay an EXTRA $200. Told her that I didn't have the money to pay the extra $200 right then and there. "You have to pay it. So I paid it. Then she try's to charge me ANOTHER $1,000.00 I yelled at her and she said "I just want to go home I'm having anxiety, I'm so tired etc". All I yelled was "what ??! He also was very patient with me since I was nervous and I like that he had me take the deep breaths before he pierced me and it helped a lot. I am so happy with my piercing. Extremely unprofessional. Attempted to come in two times for piercing. Our first encounter was met with 2 women that were rude and dismissive to both myself and another family that were waiting to ask some questions about tattoos. Every time we asked a question, it was met with an "I don't know" or "just scan the barcode for some answers on the social media." Piss poor customer service. The second time, I brought in my nephew to get his ears pierced and no one came to the front desk at all. We waited 15 minutes. And not one person came to the front desk. The tattoo artist in the glass room directly in the eye shot of the entrance didn't even come out or acknowledge us or even say "we will be with you in a moment". There was only one piercer and she was having very loud conversation with her current customer after the service was done behind the curtain and instead of finishing up and coming to the front desk where there was now 6 people standing and waiting, they continued to talk. I know this because the piercing section is right at the front door with just a black sheet covering the section. I don't see this place lasting too long in the mall as there are a lot of people that pass by and you would think there would be a dedicated person at the front desk. It's dark, music is terrible, the vibe is terrible and the workers are terrible. 0/10 recommended. read more

When I came in for my appointment I was told he was with someone else and someone else would have to do my service. And I watched as they went back forth about which one of the other artist would take me. All the while they spoke in Spanish, well I speak Spanish too! I went in to get my belly button pierced, and barely even got a proper greeting. The lady just pointed at a we code on the wall and told me to fill out the waiver, even though I hadn't actually gotten to speak with anyone yet. There were several people in line but no one was actually getting service done of any kind. After I filled out the waiver, she made me lift up my shirt so she could see my belly button and told me that I shouldn't get it done because my belly button was too "short" and the ring would probably be rejected. She asked if I still wanted to do it, and when I said yes she gave me the most condescending "are you sure?" while smacking her gum. I'm giving 1 star because I went into this place with my friend to get my belly pierced. We were not greeted whatsoever (we were the only customers that walked in btw), stood off to the side for 10 mins, then after someone finally came over and said "how can I help you", I let her know that I wanted to do a walk in for my belly piercing. She said "lift up your shirt" looked at my belly from a distance for 2 seconds and said "your belly buttons too shallow I can't do it" with no other explanation. A review on google said that one of the artist did that to her as well. I ended up going to The Lost Sheep Tattoo shop about 9 mins down the road and had outstanding service and was able to get it done with no problem. I would not waste time coming here for a piercing at least. read more
