I went during a consultation day and talked to Dustin about what I wanted. Set up the appointment and then just waited til the big day. It was my first tattoo in 10 years so I was a bit nervous. My last tattoo was done in a drunken stupor so I barely remembered what a tattoo felt like. Lol. But Dustin was friendly and after applying the stencil, making sure I was happy with the placement, he let me know that he was going to pull a line on the tattoo and to let him know how it felt. It hurt. Not gonna lie. But after a few mins I remembered it wasn't so bad after all. The place is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, there's active conversation and engagement by the staff. Which is awesome. Some shops aren't like that at all. The artists are very talented and they can do an array of art pieces. I plan on getting some piercings in the summer and have heard rave reviews on how great the piercers are. UPDATE: (9/8/18): I went back and got two piercings by Nathan. He was super friendly, laid back and has a really cool kinda silly personality. But that's what you want when you're getting needles pushed through your flesh. I brought my nephew here to get his ear pierced for his 18th birthday and we met Tatum who answers all of his questions, calmed his fears and helped him pick out a beautiful earring, and BTW she did a great job piercing his ear. We opted in for the Extended Service Agreement on his earring for $3.99 which covers his ear getting infected, the earring back coming off, or the stone coming out. We also purchased the ear care solution for $13 and we received a discount for only purchasing one earring. I highly recommend Banter By Piercing Pagoda.
