When I was shown the placement I asked if it was considering my scar and I was informed that it would not be in the way. That could not have been more wrong. She pierced on top of my scar and over the course of the healing process and after it was healed fully my earlobe gets incredibly irritated anytime I put an earring in. Thats if I can even get it in because of the scar tissue. I asked multiple times because I knew it would be an issue. I don't feel like the piercer understood what they were doing. My scar is very obvious to see. Now I am stuck with keloid looking swelling on the back of my earlobe. Considering how expensive your studio is I expected a higher quality experience. According to Google you are permanently closed, and I can see why. Please do not open another location.
