The full time residents offer special challenges that those who visit for 3 months or more do not contend with. The park is in good repair and pleasant albeit being an older park. The welcoming committee makes concerted effort to present each new family with a welcome bag with information about the park and many activities and visitor spots that maybe of interest. The rules are clearly laid out which include introduction to all the facilities with privileges to the pool hall, the well stocked free lending library area with movies and books, games and puzzle areas, fully functioning kitchen complete with refrigeration/freezer space with permission to use the dishwashing facilities so the bathrooms could remain for bathroom space. Shower rooms which are kept clean and presentable by the residents but stocked with supplies by management. An older pool and hot tub, heated in the winter, sun heated during the summer. It is fully explained that the residents are responsible for maintaining the facilities, all the facilities - which in fact have volunteer hosts and hostesses to lead the cleaning and all activities on a two week sign up basis. We have a wide variety of ethnic visitors that live in the park or visit the park and have found that everyone is welcome. The only limit to enjoyment is brought on by a willingness to become involved. Our activities include nightly games, card and board games, Tuesday rolls and coffee, Friday card bingo, all park pool league, a desert jeeping group, a hiking club, men's and women's groups, special dinners and potlucks, morning water aerobics class, country music jam sessions, and much more. We find life here pleasant, warm and congenial.

The manager Deb Frazier was a kiss ass who only talked to you if you had a luxury RV she was phony and when we had several things damaged on our trailer she didn't care and constantly harassed us with fake complaints about us. No I would not stay here if it was the last mobile home park in the world!!!! I hope you take this review seriously do not visit this park or any in Apache Junction if you are a mixed couple or minority there was another mixed couple there when we first came but they were treated badly also and left. Who ever owns this park needs to really think about who you hire to manage or mismanage your property by the way she never cleaned the bathrooms and only accepted cash or money orders for lot rent....

She took my money, never gave me the birds I paid for and never offered to refund the money and went back on her word regarding delivering the birds. I have all of the screen grabs on messenger if you would like to see them to back this up. I am not the only one that has had problems with this breeder. If you order from her DO NOT expect the colors you order- I ordered 5 bbs ameraucana and 2 lavender. When I got 7 bbs and they confirmed that there were no lavender in the group they stated 'I'll as a courtesy exchange one chick for the wrong color bird you have. I am sorry, but you did get the correct number of birds that you paid for despite being off on the feather color. The breed was correct and the price the same.' In other words- I got 7 chicks and even if they were not the variety/color I ordered/paid for I should be happy I got that much. For $15 a straight run chick I expected to get what I ordered but if I did not to at least get a refund of the money for the colors of chicks I never received or for them to deliver the 2 chicks I never received.
