I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

Everyone here is super professional, extremely welcoming, honest and upfront, just all around amazing individuals, which I am not used to, usually places I have frequented only have one of those attributes, but it's an astronomically impressive feat to have ALL. Firstly, the communication they have with their customers and potential clients who may just have questions, is SUPERB! My sister's car door scraped the side of mine, and it had some ugly scrapes that were clearly visible since my car is unfortunately white and shows everything, and I'm hoping to trade it in soon, so this was not something I wanted to deal with but I needed help ASAP. My sister spoke with Preston, whom was AMAZING and supremely helpful; she had called numerous places before this one, but EZ Auto Spa caught our attention with their exceptional customer care and expert communication, without being a shred of vague or condescending, which we have experienced both of at other companies. Preston went above and beyond with his communication and informed her of every possible detail with perfect explanation of: when, where, what to do, how to acquire the right paint, their operating hours, and the best steps moving forward to get my car repaired, which was so very appreciated and extremely beneficial! I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. Currently, I do not have issues with quality. Both projects were completed timely. Unfortunately, the two-star review is for the financial transition experience for the car on 12/26/24. We tried reaching out via text, website contact, email, and Facebook contact with zero response. My husband was quoted 400 verbally for the tint of the car. He told my husband if you pay Venmo, there is no tax. My husband had to step away and I handled the financially transaction. My husband in hindsight, wish he was there, to confront the payment. He charged 550 for the tint of the car. He also told me, that there is no tax if you pay cash only. He said that there is tax if you pay Venmo. I paid with card, as I had no cash on me. I told my husband, he charged 550. My husband said that is not what was agreed too. We tried reaching out for explanation before we wrote this review, but there has been no attempt by him. As for the other observations, I will note in this review. Extremely late to both scheduled appointments. On 12/25/24, on Christmas night, we get a phone call after 10:30 PM. We did not pick up the phone. We were in bed. Who calls on Christmas night after 10pm to a customer? We believe the call was to confirm the appointment on 12/26/24. He also texted afterwards on Christmas night. Upon paying, I noticed that he was very "tired" & "slow" talking, semi spaced out. Upon explaining how to care for the tinting, he kept repeating the same thing about 3 times. His partner had to step into the conversation and say, what he is trying to say is....... try to cure the car in the sun. I didn't have good experience observing the slow behavior and talk. I also found it unprofessional that they had a very small dog or puppy in their vehicle on cold day as they worked. I didn't notice this until we paid. I would have questioned this, if we noticed the dog earlier. I suggest if you do get your vehicles serviced to request a paper or electronic trail of the quote, NOT verbal. He also didn't put break light back in. We called. He gave an attitude and seemed bothered and OFF, when we called. Stay away!!!
