I have to write another review about this business. This focus will be on their car wash services. I've been back about 4 times so far just for their car wash. Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local. Do not use this place, they are the worst of the worst! When you come in, they are sitting, eating and not helping the customer. No one wants to help you because they are doing their own thing. Nothing is working, so they tell you we need to do a hand wash so they can make more money. I tried them before, and it was the same thing. At this point, they are a lost cause. read more

Came by for a quick wash before heading out of town and they have really upgraded the car wash that was here before! I spoke with an associate and she said it's an entire new company and you can tell they pumped some money into the carwash..... The one that was here before, called Fairway was just as good, fyi, just unsure why they closed.... Some upgrades include a new area for self cleaning after the wash, a covered area for the folks who clean the interior of the car, after a full service wash. They also added (3) new check in machines before you begin the wash. You can also tip inside which I thought was good. Many car washes such as squeaky don't allow you to tip the associates, and consistently have an atm out of order in the lobby!!! When I inspected my car, I was happy to see they pay good attention to detail wiping under seats and on console. I did the most expensive wash, which was $25 and paid an extra $12 for them to wash inside. More pricey than Fairway, but the wash was good... I tipped $6 which made the total $43. I skipped the membership which was $39 per month but will probably get it next time. read more

I go here for my oil changes/emissions tests, and I truly appreciate how quick I am able to get in and out and the service is alway fantastic. When I was in college, I got swindled into a $300 oil change so I am always nervous about "car appointments"; however, I highly recommend this place. Brought my car here a few times so far. What can I can I say other than you get exactly what you want when you go to a car wash - a clean car. So why go here instead of the place a few minutes down the road? Because this spot gives you the service and tools needed to have a consistent clean car wash. You have personnel that sprays and preps your car prior to going into the tunnel. At the vacuum zone, you also have air sprays that have strong pressure, and rags with sprays to finish off any spots the brushes couldn't get to. read more

I'm actually really frustrated. I'm about to leave for a trip, and I said I would appreciate if underneath the seats were priority because we were removing them. Not only were the under seats barely touched, there was still dried milk from my son on my seat which takes a quick wipe to clean it off. So that tells me the seat wasn't wiped at all. It's really taking everything in me not to ask for a refund. I'm very lenient normally, I really only leave reviews once in a blue moon for either really good service or really bad. I had a wash on 8/21 at the duluth location on peachtree ind that left deep swirls and scratches on the right side of my car. I revisited the carwash and showed the damage to someone who said they could get the marks out but I would have to pay . The web site connects you to a carwash in Savannah. I just want to warn people. My car isnt new or expensive and I can hopefully make it look better myself but i will never ever trade business with them rips again. read more

What a joke. Been here a few times and tried to buy an unlimited plan today, big mistake. Select the biggest plan and I'm presented with a message that these unlimited plans require a pass, to call attendant. No worries, I press the button a total of 6 times in 5 minutes sitting in the line and of course no one shows up. Since I'm essentially stuck I honk my horn and some kid comes over and asks what I need. I tell him I'm trying to buy this plan and I've been here for 5 min. He says just press the button to the plan I want. Lol. I told him why don't you do it. He does it and sure enough it asked again to call an attendant. He walks away and roughly 2 min later I see him go back into the car wash bay again and start working. I let another min or so go by and still no help. Unfortunately I had to backup and out of this carwash and I could not move. What an absolute joke. Thank God Ultra car wash is right up the road. Zero issues there. read more

Everyone is very nice and I feel for the reasonable price I paid, I receive very good service. Rob, a service tech, changed my oil and the whole experience was pleasant. I didn't feel like someone was going to rip me off and try to sell me something I didn't need. If you get an oil change they give you a free car wash. My car was not very clean after leaving. I just had very, soaking we my floors. Then I had to deal with a mildew smell because I could keep windows down without bugs getting into the car. Just very disappointing. read more

The staff did a very nice job washing and waxing my car at a reasonable price. My only complaint was that the employees do not speak or understand English. So be prepared to struggle attempting to explain what you really want done! read more
