Just walking into the waiting room says a lot about the environment you're entrusting your investment at ~ the room is homey with its furnishings & the staff even bakes chocolate chip cookies fresh to add a personal touch while you wait on your vehicle. My oil change took a little longer than expected, but Brandon ended up giving me a small discount for it out of courtesy. I know my car will be well taken care of here by that genuine gesture I wouldn't have gotten from anywhere else. I'll be back..!

With all the directions the tech Nagi was giving me I was focused on his explanations, paid and left. I then realized I didn't show the Card, and he did not ask if I had anything to apply either, to be clear. I went back today 08/06, because I had a little time to see if they would honor and refund me the discount amount, but they refused outright. Both Nagi and the other attendant were very offensive about not doing it and it being a store policy, they went on about refusing me in a very unpleasant manner. I just left after seeing how unpleasantly they were approaching my request. I explained the service was just a day ago and the card in my hand is valid. Nagi bluntly refused to honor the $15.00 refund. I called the branch I would normally got to and the manager there was very clear it should have been done and is not a store policy. However, it has to be honored at the location the service was received from. I am unable to find a manager over these branches to escalate this to since the Costumer Service line I Googled does not give me a District manager contact. At this point it's about the principle of honoring the Discount offer and a culture customer service standard.

Maybe prices have increased or changed since I've been here. If so, that's a bummer. They should consider doing some promos or discounts to be more competitive.

That filter only needs to be changed every one or even every two years so just don't waste your money. They top off your fluids, which is good. Many places say that they do it, but here you're in the car so you see them do it. You don't know how many places I used (many dealerships) that say that they will top off your fluids and then you have to do it yourself the next day. Anyway, I like being in the car and seeing what these guys do. Recently, they started to also check your lights, which is great. They'll ask you to tap your breaks and turn on your turning signals so that they can make sure it's all working. Very smart and a nice touch. I wish they started to also check tire pressure. I always ask for it and when I do, they check it, but some of their guys assume that if I don't have warning lights for tire pressure then they can skip it, which I find ennoying - those things don't always work and do break. Not a big deal. Just ask them to check manually and you're good to go.

A CAUTIONARY NOTE ! Be very careful driving to close to where you insert your credit card to pay for your service. The curb at the pay station is very unforgiving on your rims and will cause an expensive curb rash. read more

Normally I would be mad when you tell me one pride and charge me another but they did a good job so I just considered it tip. Now the last time my dad helped me took the car there they charged him 85 before tip and it came back with many area needing attention. 3rd row didn't seem like it got vacuumed. Center console didn't get any attention. The wheels were still dirty. And another negative is they removed my 3M floor mat that was installed firmly in the rail so it should not have been taken out. But they took it out and did not put it back for me and just lay it there. I had to spent another 20 minutes at home installing it back. For 85 it was a poor job. We were expecting 70-120 mins wait but it was a little over 3 hours. This last visit made me sad about the quality they provide for the price. I might as well run it through the machine snd vacuum it myself.
