They are appointment only, but they have the process down pretty efficiently and with Patricia's help we got done what we needed done. Petty complaint on my part. For years these places only accepted cash or check, now they do accept credit and debit, but charge a fee to do so. This is part of the new world order and trying to go cashless, but the fee is just wrong! It cost much more for business to handle check and cash. With credit the funds are available to them right away, so there is no need for these BS fees.
