The claims process has been handled poorly from start to finish. Communication has been unprofessional, I've found the representatives to be unhelpful and dismissive, and they've consistently tried to minimize the claim rather than resolve it fairly. In my experience, they've also failed to fulfill obligations that I believe they are legally required to meet. If this is how they treat people making third-party claims, I would have serious concerns about trusting them as my own insurance provider.
