I called Kipz when my car wouldn't start from the daycare at 5:30pm on a winter storm advisory night. He was there by 5:50pm and immediately diagnosed the battery cable was extremely loose. He got the car going and told me no charge since he didn't do any work. But he did do work, he got me and my grandson home safely on an icy night. My car broke down 300 miles away from home, with me and my family in it. We were on our way to my Grandmother's memorial service. Kip allowed me to leave my car so I could be with my family.
