I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. True to form, he arrived in under 40 minutes and saved the day once again! What really stands out about Brandon is not just his skill, but his personality. He's funny, friendly, and extremely careful and respectful of the vehicles he works on. R & R Roadside Assistance has impressed us at every turn, providing nothing short of white glove service. The driver lowered the lights and trail hitch down to sneak through a row entrance. The Durango was wedged in next to a post and unable to be moved out of neutral. Yet he was able to get it up on sleds and maneuver the vehicle around the post and our of a tight space surrounded by other cars and get it out. I could not have been more impressed.

(Heaters draw heat from engine therefore cool engine to heat the interior. Unfortunately I broke something underneath & was not "add fluid/ loose hose on top" situation. Fortunately, even though all anti-freeze was drained the engine it didn't fully overheat & seize. I called about 11 & they stated they were busy so it would be an hour. However, I knew the distance to my destination & she gave my a quote ($50 less than the other 2 companies I called). She was polite & professional. Truck driver called & confirmed information when he was about 15 minutes away. He showed up in an hour from original phone call as lady stated. He had the better flatbed hauler so the entire van was carried & not towed. Minor inconvenience from riding in the tow truck- A/C was not working very well. It was the most modern tow truck I have ridden in, but I have not ridden in one in a ~decade. Driver was professional & courteous also plus the quote was correct.

Squires damaged the lower rear of our car dragging the car on the pavement during a tow. We never received any calls back from Squire's management during this time. Squire's never did accept responsibility for these damages using every excuse humanely imaginable to deny any financial accountability. In addition to the damages caused by Squire's, they towed the car to the wrong repair shop and then charged us again to tow the car to the original requested location. Please save yourself from these additional financial burdens and use ANYONE besides Squire's to tow your vehicle. Even if at a accident scene, deny any services from Squire's and request ANY other tow company from the police if they become involved.
