The receptionists are incredibly friendly and very helpful. They are prompt with check-in and I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting area. Dr. Frost is always kind, non-judgmental, straight to point and understanding. I'm very much impressed by the way she answers all my questions in timely manner through the patient portal. She make sure I'm comfortable and well informed throughout my appointments. She have bent over backwards for me on several occasions. I absolutely love her and every interaction I have had with her. She takes her time, explaining and answering all of your questions. If you are looking for OBGYN, I would highly recommend Dr. Frost and UOM, to enjoy the greatness of this place !

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely welcome. No matter the reason for my visit, I never feel uncomfortable voicing my concerns or asking questions, which says a lot about the environment they've created. I have been treated by both Dr. Allen and Bryant, and both of these women are outstanding at what they do. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to truly listen rather than rush through appointments. They explain everything clearly and make sure you feel informed and reassured before moving forward. I always leave feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found such a supportive and professional practice. Every person I have come in contact with in the office (that would be every single person who works there) has been very nice, professional and accommodating. Dr. Wang is excellent and very knowledgeable. She was my OB during my first pregnancy and delivered my daughter at Huron Valley. Shen was so kind and once I was all settled she went out to inform grandpa that his newest granddaughter had finally arrived. My second pregnancy I was cared for by certified nurse midwife Erin Siminski. I had issues throughout my entire pregnancy and Erin was there for me from day one until she delivered my daughter. I could always count on her to take my calls, answer emails or fit me into her schedule. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice or the people who work here. Update: Erin Siminski is no longer with the practice. Her position was eliminated by the company that owns the the Huron Valley Sinai hospital. She's been to moved to labor and delivery. Absolutely devastated!

Dr. Thomas is quick but thorough, seems to genuinely care about her patients and their symptoms and goals! I feel in good hands with the sonography staff-- very informative, kind, and safe environment. The admin/secretary/front desk staff are so so friendly and welcoming-- I really admire that because OBGYN visits can be very nerve wracking for some individuals! Having that smiling face as the first interaction makes a huge difference. As for my point reduction.... What I will say about this office, typical for many clinics, is that they are busy and may not be as on top of administrative stuff as you'd want them to be. I've had to advocate for myself here, as I was told I'd receive calls with results or to schedule follow ups, but those calls never come through unless you reach out. This doesn't all fall on the administrative staff... clinical staff is responsible for this I believe. Keep that in mind-- be sure to keep track of follow ups and results you're waiting for. Ive found the patient portal will not always be reliable as well. Overall I would recommend this office -- speaking only for GYN not OB-- as long as you are an attentive patient invested in your own health. Be warned- you will have to keep track of your own things because this office will fall short.

I was undergoing evaluation for a possible ovarian condition, including a procedure that was intended to provide more information. The procedure was canceled by the anesthesia department because I became ill that week. I was instructed to reschedule once I recovered and was told that someone from Dr. Moore's office would contact me. After that, I called the office multiple times to speak with Dr. Moore or a nurse about rescheduling my procedure, discussing my blood work, and understanding the next steps in my care. None of my calls were returned. I also never received my blood test results or an explanation of what they meant. The only communication I received was a bill for more than $200. Waiting for testing related to a possible serious diagnosis is incredibly stressful. Being unable to reach anyone, not receiving my results, and not having my procedure rescheduled left me feeling unsupported and without guidance during a very frightening time. I cannot speak to the care provided by the other physicians in this practice. However, based on my personal experience with Dr. Moore, I would not recommend her to anyone who is concerned about receiving timely communication, follow-up, and continuity of care--especially when being evaluated for a potentially serious medical condition.

Obviously in the past it was for normal female wellness appointments, to get birth control, etc. She is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I opted to get an IUD about 6 years ago instead of continuing birth control pills (I never can remember to take those things, lol). And while I was warned it would hurt like no pain I had ever felt, I was totally unprepared for the firey hot poked that my cervix dilating feels like. An MA had to come in just to hold my hand. Recently, my husband and I have been seeing her for OB appointments (yay!), but we have had to go through the less than thrilling process of having a miscarriage in the beginning of the second trimester. It is not a fun process by any means, but Dr. H and her staff have made me feel welcome to call with any questions or concerns, and have been calling to double check on me, because it really is a crappy situation. They were very kind and thoughtful when they had to tell us, and have made sure to give us all the information they can about our situation. I know they're have our best interests at heart and are not happy when they have to deliver news like that. tl;dr Dr. H is wonderful and very kind, even when she has to give you bad news. I've never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome here, and always felt like I could call with any questions, good or bad.
