I found them quite by accident....wandering around looking for another recommended salon I was about to give up when I asked a lady on the street who just happened to be a regular here and had just had her eyebrows done. Her's looked amazing, so she waltzed me right on over and sat me down. I've been a loyal and recommending customer ever since. They always manage to find time to fit me in (I'm a bad customer for never making an appointment, I always walk in) but don't mind if I have to wait as I can get a samosa around the corner and snack until it's my turn. $5 eyebrow threading + $1 for lip. These ladies are def worth the #3 ride up Main Street.

Unfortunately due to there being so many new faces service isn't consistent. I have mobility issues and the waxing room is very difficult because it's so crowded. generally everyone tries to help. I usually cry when I get threading, but for this one, I did not, I actually almost fell asleep! The most important factor? She got the eyebrows I've always wanted! Nice and full, with a slight arch that still looks natural! I even get a card to get free eyebrow threading on my 10th time. I recommend this place and I'm coming back since it's 5 minutes away! P.S. I have yet to try the other services, but I'm already eyeing their hair color, eyebrow tint, and lash extensions.

Making an appointment is so easy, since she always answers the phone by the third ring. When I arrived at the salon, she greeted me warmly with a smile and she was ready to begin her services on my hair. She was very informative. Explained in full what she was going to do step by step. Answered all of my questions happily and is really great to talk with. She is very kind and has fantastic manners. My hair has never looked better. She got my entire long(26") head of hair to a beautiful blue black, jet black. (From another hair stylists poor job of blotchy black, brown-black.) She dyed my eyebrows jet black with a special dye. There was absolutely no mess around my forehead, ears, nape of neck, or eyebrows. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment she applied that and massaged it into my head/hair. I always opt for air dry because my hair drys beautifully without any heat. She sprayed my hair with leave in conditioner and gave me a brand new black detangling brush, that she took out of the package to detangle my hair with. Near the beginning she had asked me if I like black. I said yup. I Wasn't sure if she was referring to my black hair or my nails that had just been shellaced black. But I think it was actually for the brush, she is very thoughtful. So for all of my services it cost me $118. $85 for full long hair color $25 for leave in treatment $6 for dying eyebrows + tip Her services are absolutely fantastic, and I will 150% be going back. I've been to this salon a few times, but my most recent experience was by far the worst I've ever…read morehad. I believe it was the owner herself who did my eyebrows. When I walked in, she looked as if she didn't want to be there, offering no greeting or smile, and had a demeanor similar to an angry school teacher. She pointed to the chair, and asked me in a brusque manner, "What do you want to do today?" I specifically told her that I wanted to clean up my eyebrows without thinning them out. Despite this, she proceeded to roughly remove the hairs, causing me a lot of pain and leaving me with uneven eyebrows. When I pointed out that one eyebrow was thinner than the other, she refused to take responsibility for her mistake, blamed my eyebrows, and simply walked away. To add insult to injury, after threading my eyebrows, she didn't even apply any gel or cream, which is the usual practice to soothe the skin. When I asked her for some, she rudely extended her arm out to me with the gel and told me to do it myself. To make matters worse, I had gone to the salon two days before my birthday, and now I have to celebrate with thin, uneven eyebrows and a couple of scars. I'm extremely unhappy with the service I received, and I won't be returning to the salon. I do want to mention that during a previous visit, another esthetician, a kind and patient woman from Bombay, did an excellent job on my eyebrows. However, based on my most recent experience with the owner, I cannot recommend this salon. If you're looking for someone who is gentle, patient, and follows instructions, I suggest you look elsewhere.
