Ever since they changed being able to schedule directly with the technician, it has become a mess trying to get consistent information. When I call the 877 number it says "welcome to Bug-Out". What is that??? (They don't seem to know either.) When they call me, the ID is from Terminix. Are you Ehrlich, Bug-Out, Terminix, or Rentinol??? We are scheduled quarterly for service, but receive NO NOTICE when they are coming. Have asked repeatedly for at least a weeks notice, but NOTHING. When I called last week, they said the tech was coming in the afternoon. When I called today to verify, they said he was coming in the morning.
