The gentleman came out and treated the area of concern. Unfortunately the nest was bigger than anticipated because they came back within a week. This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. The owner came back re-dusted the area outside and from the crawl space in the attic. We have not seen any activity since the 2nd dusting. I know that home projects do not always go as planned. I appreciate that the owner came out and ensured the quality of his work. We would definitely recommend this company and plan to use him in the future (if necessary).

Ever since they changed being able to schedule directly with the technician, it has become a mess trying to get consistent information. When I call the 877 number it says "welcome to Bug-Out". What is that??? (They don't seem to know either.) When they call me, the ID is from Terminix. Are you Ehrlich, Bug-Out, Terminix, or Rentinol??? We are scheduled quarterly for service, but receive NO NOTICE when they are coming. Have asked repeatedly for at least a weeks notice, but NOTHING. When I called last week, they said the tech was coming in the afternoon. When I called today to verify, they said he was coming in the morning. Thank goodness the tech gave us his number so we can verify times with him. Also just found out they are no longer scheduling our "regular tech" to come. WHY???? We have had the same tech for years. Apparently I have to call and ASK for the guy who has become very familiar with our home. There are so many numbers to call, yet no one seems to know what is going on. When you call, no one can tell you anything about why your appointments are not happening. I see many reviews of the same. My friend had the same issue and switched to Dominion. I am scheduled for next week with Dominion. Meanwhile, I am still dealing with ants in my kitchen. No idea how this place is still in business. Never again!
