History

Established in 1977.

Kirk Falvay opened his practice in Ortonville when he moved into the area. Over the years his practice areas have been reduced, so that today the practice is exclusively devoted to the areas of estate planning and administration, real estate and business. We have two attorneys and four support staff who assist our clients in a timely and friendly manner.

Meet the Business Owner: Kirk F.

Kirk has a business degree from Miami University (O), and a law degree from Indiana University. He is rated A/V by Martindale Hubbell, their highest rating, and has been recognized by several publications, locally and nationally, for his estate planning expertise. If he is not in the office it probably is because he is on the golf course or traveling with his wife. He has a successful balance between work and time away from his offices servicing his clients.
