Further, she refuses to correct her actions and instead replies "File a Title Claim". I need an accurate HUD for the loan to be onboarded by a licensed third party loan servicer. The borrower and investor will suffer because of the time it takes to file a title claim. Becky Powers makes things personal - all I am asking is for her to provide a legally accurate HUD (Settlement Statement).
