I dropped it off right after calling so they could have it as I had another appt to get to. They called within an hour telling me it was all fixed and ready for pick up. Wow that was fast and easy. I was able to use my car for the day. They have a big open area that had air conditioning for waiting. You can watch TV or read their magazines. They have coffee, water, wifi, bean bag toss, and a kids table for coloring as well as a table to sit at if you needed to work on a lap top.

Instead of diagnosing the actual issue, the shop told me the problem was the rear differential fluid. Rear differential fluid does not cause grinding during turns, and this service did not address the issue I came in for. I am the owner of the vehicle and did not authorize the repair. My boyfriend approved it without my consent, and when I explained this, the shop refused to adjust the bill or even mark the invoice as "paid under protest." I was charged $240 for a rear differential fluid service that normally costs $60- $90 and does not diagnose or fix the symptom I reported. After performing the incorrect service, the shop told me I still needed to go to Ford for a TSB diagnostic -- meaning they did not actually diagnose the problem. I am now out the money for this service, plus the cost of Ford's inspection, and still have the original grinding issue. I asked for a reasonable adjustment due to misdiagnosis and lack of authorization, and the owner/manager refused. This experience left me paying for a service that did not resolve anything and was not the correct procedure for the issue I brought the vehicle in for.

I go around the corner to see what he's doing. He's got my car jacked up and doing who knows what. I ask him what he's doing and he tells me I need all new 4 tires. I say thanks anyway you didn't have my permission to put it up on a jack, he takes it off the jack and walks away in a huff. I get in the car. I…read morepick my truck up and when I got home as you can see from the photos the oil was leaking all over my driveway. I had to have the truck towed back to their shop, at my expense . When I called the shop and spoke to Adam he said he would take care of it. Mind you they charged my $299 last year to do an oil pan seal. I call Adam and he wants to charge me for a new oil pan, of which they damaged when they did the oil change. I told him about the damage to my driveway and he never offered to do anything about it. The best he could do was charge me $139 for an oil pan. He claims it wasn't their fault. He then tries to tell my that I need all this other work done in order for him to do an alignment on my truck. The price on that work was $3300.00. Mind you my truck only has 64,000 miles on it. I paid for the oil pan and told him I'll have to think about it. I then take my truck to a highly respected shop for another opinion. Guess what, they could do the work for $540. This guy is a rip off. Do not trust him for any of your work. Consumer beware!!!!!

They VERY hesitantly recommended a discount tire shop saying he wouldn't usually recommend this particular place but he knew they'd be available. While I was on the phone with this other company, I saw an incoming call coming in so I called it back and it was the same guy from Suncoast stating he couldn't, in good conscience, send me to this other place and told me to bring it over. Both father and son were working with other customers so I waited until they were free. I got to see how they interacted with their customers and enjoyed seeing the business run well. Doug Lee and his son both took time to look underneath my vehicle and we had a chance to talk about the C10 engine and drive train modifications, etc. that had been made. They took the extra time to provide me with advice and I enjoyed the visit. Since they did not charge me for the time they spent and advice offered, my wife says I owe them coffee and donuts. I will use this garage in the future and recommend to my friends.
