Called in hours in advance to get a tire replaced after having a flat (on a tire which I previously bought from them that barely lasted 2 months before going flat). Drove there on a spare on '19 and was rudely told after waiting 15min in the lobby that they "could not fit me in today" after telling me to come in earlier and that it would be no problem. They had my number and could've easily called to let me know, but decided a customer isn't worth that courtesy. Went to the Goodyear next door and got a great deal and very timely service. Was recommended this shop from another shop. What a mistake!! I brought in my vehicle which was running fine and only 125,000 miles to get a knock sensor fixed and they completely destroyed my engine!! Was verified by a Toyota mechanic. Went to get it towed and tow driver said it happens all the time at that shop. They were very nasty and defensive and claimed it was not their fault. Search their reviews from low to high to get the REAL reviews. Look them up on the BBB also. I was ripped off by them and they refused to give my money back. At least my bank aloud me to file a complaint and reverse the transaction. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to fix the same problem I took it here for. They seem to be incompetent when it comes to auto repairs. They might be cheaper, but they are likely doing half of the job you actually pay for. Just READ THE BAD REVIEWS! Great place to get tires. Got 3 quotes and they beat them all, no contest. Was able to get an appointment the next day and put on 6 new tires for our motor home. Very professional and courteous. Awesome place, awesome staff, they got me in and out in the same day. They don't upcharge parts which is really amazing of them. I literally do not have any complaints and will only go here from now own. They were even really nice and let me leave my vehicle for a little bit so I could return my rental and come back for it. My car was wreck by someone else so the mechanic fixed the main issue and the told me about the other ones so I could fix them when I had the money. Thank you guys !!! First he couldn't remember he sold me the tire so immediately he tried to sell me two new tires. I reminded him "sir these the tires I bought from you on Monday. Immediately the story changed. He said my truck messed up the tires that bad from a drive to Orlando. I was game. I to a dark room and told to "pick out two tires" . That's is where they get you. They also don't tell you that once you drive away you screwed. He told handed me my keys and told me to leave. That is when I lost it and he called the cops. I am a disabled veteran served, 24 yrs and bled on the battlefield and NEVER , have I been treated like a dog and looked down by any local small business. I support, especially an immigrant owned business. Now his life will be a nightmare. I am retired and nothing better to do than make him pay for how I was treated. I now have my attorney involved, several veterans organizations to ENSURE ! another veteran does it get robbed and ill treated. read more

I called every tire shop from Sunset Point Road to Tarpon Springs and every shop had a 1-2 hour wait. One shop even wanted me to drop it off. This shop had me in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service. The owner and employees were all very friendly and they build relationships with their customers. I would return for all tire and routine maintenance services. read more

What a joke they tried plugging a small hole after numerous attempts the unexperienced technician could not end up plugging my hole then they told me they need to patch which I would have done in the first place so they tried charging me another $25 plus tax on top of the plug what a good scam they are running. So it ended up being $38 to patch a tire. No thank you you can keep your patch and and the money for the plugs that you have no experience puttung in. After this experience I wouldn't even give them a one-star( thanks Alan the owner and the bitch receptionist )for being a douche. read more

I went to this place for run flat tires for my BMW. The owner Allen was extremely nice and patient because I didn't have my wheel lock tool available to unlock my wheels. I ended up having to tow my car to the Ferman dealer to have the wheel locks fixed. Allen was able to put my tires on and was very courteous and nice during the whole issue. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great business to support. Allen, if you are not part of the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, I would highly recommend you join. Very friendly staff from the moment I called Kristen was super helpful and friendly with pricing. I made an appointment for 3pm and it felt like they were waiting for me. Smiles everywhere you turn. Scott walked me out back where they store tires in containers to protect them from dry rotting in the Florida Sun. There were 4 options for what I was looking for and Scott was very honest with how much tread I was looking at left on the tires. He didn't try to push the most expensive option on me and he did warn that one of the cheaper pairs was pretty worn and another pair were in better condition for the same price. All in all I appreciate the helpful salesmanship and friendliness. Kristen is a delight. We spoke for about 15 minutes while I waited for my tires to be changed. Whole experience was in and out in 30 minutes and a lot less $$ than I expected. read more

I really wanted to give a good review of this business but I cannot. I went in February and purchased 2 tires for the back of our car. I used the finance service that they provide, Acima. I was told that the tires were a little more because I used this service. It was only a few dollars, so I didn't quibble. I was quoted $127.00 for each tire. The service and staff were really friendly and professional and the finance process was super easy, and we could do 90 days same as cash. There was a charge for processing that wasn't expected, but again that was okay. On Friday May 19th, I called and ordered 2 additional tires for the front of the car. These tires were the same exact make and model as the first set. I was told that they would be a little more, because again I used the 90 days same as cash from Acima. I asked if we had to pay anything upfront, and was told no since I was going to be financing. I was also told that an alignment would be $69.00, so I set an appointment for Saturday morning to have the tires put on and the alignment done. When it came time to settle the bill the alignment was $79.00, the tires were more than a little extra, I was charged $182.50 per tire! I also had the processing fee of $40.00. When I got home, I got the paperwork from the first set of tires to compare, because the bill did seem a little high, and that is when I found it to be $111.00 not including the alignment more than the first set of tires. Same tires, same model number and size were $55.50 more per tire! I called first thing Monday morning, May 22nd and was told that because I used the finance company they dictated what the price would be. The gentleman also tried to tell me that it was a different finance company, and I said no I have both agreements in my hand and I had already spoken to them before I got the tires to make sure that I could purchase them again. I did not understand how the same tire could jump $55.50 in price in 3 months. I then called Acima finance to ask about the practice of them dictating the prices to charge, and guess what they don't! They told me, they are told the price and that is what they finance, not the other way around. Bottom line, I don't like being lied to or taken advantage of and for the staff to be so friendly and professional I was in shock that I was priced gouged as I was. I will not be going back to Precision Tire and will re-write the goggle review to reflect what happened. read more

I purchased a set of tires from them For my wife's car on the 4th I took wheels home and the fitment wasn't gonna work on the car. So I called the next day after removing the wheels off car so tires could be swapped out since they literally had about a mile driven on them. The shop refused to take the tires back even though they where brand new, which didn't make sense especially since the tire shop up the road informed me it's common practice to charge a restocking fee and refund the rest because all they have to do is clean tires put stickers back and send back to their distributor. Instead what they told me was buy another set of our tires for 500 and then leave the other tires with them and they'll try and sell them and refund the money which pretty much sounds like a shady practice probably do often and the worst part is the lady at the desk when I initially went into store and I explained the size informed that their computer said that size tire would fit which it did not fit and they wouldn't own up to their mistake I would definitely never recommend this place or go there again and plan on filing complaint with BBB I'm a veteran and this shop pretty much robbed me blind read more

I went in with my own new tires and wanted them installed. They had me in and out quickly. I am not one to argue over a few dollars. But $117.00 dollars to mount and balance four tires is too much. Five dollars a piece for valve stems, come on. Thats $29.25 a tire. Then I was charged $2.31 for the privilege of using my debit card. I spoke to the desk clerk on the phone prior to having my car towed to the location and once I got there I had no surprises. I got the tire at the price I was quoted (very reasonable for a used tire in the good shape it was in) and fast service. I brought my work laptop with me, expecting to be there for a while; I barely had time to get rolling on a project when I was called to pay and leave...!!! As a result, I made an appt for a tire alignment in a few weeks and to get another tire that has seen its best days replaced at the same time. I will be recommending this business. read more
