Let's be real, outlets have morphed over the years from incredible deals and finds to another retail location. I wish I took pictures but just catch the Le Cruset factory sale online or go to Williams Sonoma. Heck, Costco 7k crate was worth it but the first offering sold out so fast then the 2nd offering I think I was broke but either way that deal has everything. Images to show that the prices are equal to WILLIAMS SONOMA as of March 23, 2025 especially for the knobs I was so excited to buy. Also of note, the cashier was pretty disingenuous. I left the knobs on the counter and the other lady shopping named Jasmine Walked up and started touching and reviewing them. At first, he said... Oh those are hers. Then he switched up to ask: are these yours? She said no. He did that awkward fake chuckle. I added more to the knobs BECAUSE her check out ran a bit. I decided on a pie dish with the Eiffel tower and chose the one with the post note showing 2. Chilllddd, he felt the need to "disclaim" the dish wasn't 2. I said yeah I know the price is on the bottom but 40% off. I figured that 2 was a quantity. He went on to explain they had done inventory and that wasn't the price. Sal was late and notified me AFTER he was due at my home in a cryptic text notifying me he would be at my house "soon". But soon turned into over an hour and when I expressed displeasure, not because he was late, but because of how he minimized how late he would be, he blamed me. Take responsibility for your own behavior, Sal, and don't blame customers just because you can inconvenience them and move on to the next person in line. The day may come when you don't have customers lining up to wait 5 months and then we'll see how many you dismiss when they are annoyed. Don't expect a customer not to be annoyed, whether they tell you they are, or not. Customers can't always be flexible with their schedules, just as you can't, but have the consideration to let them know BEFORE you are late, be responsible enough to let them know how long you will be, and be there when you say you will.
