For someone that was willing to drop 2k for chairs and not even be acknowledged or assisted, says a lot.

Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

The fireplace has not worked since day 1. No follow up .... Constant contacts from us to Viridien. They keep saying they are ordering parts each time I've called. Emails sent... unanswered. Poor response for a large investment that is rendered useless. We've had Mendota inserts prior with no issue. This is clearly a defective unit/installer error. Buyer beware. Sabrina greeted me when I entered the store and immediately had solutions for my returns and new purchases. I had placed an online order an hour earlier as I left the Independence Blvd Store that morning hoping to snag a clearance item. As I was directed to the section of the store for the patio cushions, I was going to return and purchase matching cushions, as the Pineville store definitely had more inventory! Again, Sabrina was training a new cashier and was so helpful to both of us as we navigated the process to get me out of there. In addition, Lourdes helped to expedite and bring the item that I ordered online to me, which was so generous! Both of these team members went above and beyond in customer service for me today and I wanted the district manager and the store manager to please recognize both of them and let them know that I'm telling everyone to shop at the Pineville store, even though I live Uptown. Here are the issues - was never disclosed to me there was an additional 10$ charge to carry it up the stairs to 2nd floor. OK maybe I just didn't hear it. Next they charged me 25$ to remove my door to bring it in. I have had large appliances delivered without needing to remove that door. The final straw is it was not assembled. The legs (requiring multiple screws each were not attached. No holes predrilled to just tighten some screws in.) The delivery guys said it wasn't their job to attach the legs. I have never heard of such. Must be a miss understanding so we called the salesperson. He could care less. Said for an additional 50$ he could send someone out. In my life I have purchased 1000's of $ in furniture from them. I will never put my foot in there stores again. My advice is ask all questions such as will my sofa have the legs put on it or are you going to rip me off with all these undisclosed costs or hidden in some microprint. Better yet there are too many furniture stores to risk getting this jerk of a salesperson or possibly this is some new policy. Sort of like the airlines and baggage charges .... Oh you wanted your sofa legs attached. No savings after all the up charges like actually getting your delivery in the door or getting the legs attached. Bottom line is they don't care about you or your satisfaction.
