I was in Palmdale area and decided to check this store out. First I thought it's like Home Goods but I was wrong. Their selection is less and the prices are higher than Home Goods. You can still find good house decor at fair prices. They carry lamps, armchairs, mirrors, pictures , tabletop decor and more. Currently all Christmas decor is 75% off. So I got myself some candles and a small picture frame. Won't drive to Palmdale specifically to shop here but will stop by again when in the area. read more

While this store is amazing in what they offered. I was VERY disappointed in how I was treated by management at this specific store. The signage for the "Ornamental wall decor" said 25% off the LOWEST TICKETED PRICE. That means take 25% off the ticket that lists the lowest price on the Item. I brought the item up to the register for purchase and was given the ticketed price as my total. I refereed back to the signage that it said "25% off the lowest ticketed price". The Store manager Joe, Told me that because the ticket said "sale" written on it, that already had the 25% taken off. I relayed the info that that was not what the signage said, and could they please make the proper adjustment to my purchase. I was given MAJOR attitude by Joe, as he began to speak at me in a loud voice, and rude tone. Saying that isn't what they "meant" by the signage and that he would not take the 25% off the marked price. When I tried to explain it once more, that no other ticket was even on the product, the only ticket that was on it said sale and the price! Ge walked away and rolled his eyes at me and another woman came over and finished my purchase. The woman said she agreed with me, that he should have taken off the amount, but there was nothing she could do about it as they "dont know how" to make manual discounts. After that, I had a 25% off any originally priced Item coupon. My most expensive originally priced Item was $30.00, I was told this coupon would not work on this product because it was on sale ONLINE, and NOT in store. I said "I'm not shopping online, I'm in store- and this is an originally priced Item with no sale. They said they could not override the system as none of them knew how...even the manager. So the coupon could not be applied. Joe again, began to roll his eyes and give me attitude. I was treated horribly by the management at this store and will not be returning. read more

I love this store. It's full of great, affordable home decor. It has everything from mirrors, to vases, to rugs...it even has seasonal holiday decor. The prices are great already, but definitely sign up for their emails and texts. They have a weekly text that gets you $10 off when you spend $50 or more. That's pretty good. read more

Not sure what happened to their Awesome Manager, Mary, but she is greatly missed at the Palmdale Store!!!!! Their Managers don't even compare that work there now. Not helpful at all. If you have a return without a receipt, watch out... they will stand there for about 5 min. (or even longer)..... look up your entire purchasing history and tell you about each return you have made without a receipt.... It's rediculous!!!! I'm a new found happy customer now at "Hobby Lobby"... Beautiful things there and they don't put you through misery for a return! read more

So....love the store and the decor yet I find you need to go into the actual store, or have any items you order shipped directly to the store. Due to COVID, plus the item not being available at my local store, I decided to order online and paid to have the item shipped directly to me. Bad mistake. The item arrived broken/scattered. I called Kirkland's and was told to send them photo(s) of broken item, which I did. After having to contact them again I was told I would be receiving a full refund. Well here it is 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. I have tried to contact them for update, yet no response.,Shame on you Kirkland's. :( read more

Although this store carries so many beautiful things for ones home, their customer service is the worst! And that is why I give this business 1 star. No ones ever around, none of the employees even acknowledge that you're there if your lucky to even see someone. My husband and I were in there this weekend and we had to literally wait around to pay for the things we got. I think that's pretty ridiculous, we are spending our hard earned money and we still have to look for an employee to take it?! Really? I love Kirkland's home decor, however their customer service sucks. I order 4 items on June 6, 2017 it has been almost a month and I don't have my items yet. I requested them to be delivered to the Palmdale store for pick up. I went in twice to ask if the items have been received and both times I was told they were not there yet and that I would receive an email once the order had arrived, well I'm still waiting for the email. Anyway, I called the store after I finished chatting with the online customer service which they are also rude and come to find out that my other had been received the day prior to me going in to the store to check and see if it was there and I was told it wasn't. Now I have to go back in to pick up which I will probably end up returning because I don't want it anymore. I'm very disappointed with their service and I'm quite sad because I really love this store and makes me not want to come back and shop there. read more
