Customer service is horrible and rude. People are rude. I won't be shopping here again.

Hours online everywhere, including Apple Maps says that they open at 10. They do not open until 11am according to the hours posted on the door. Very inconvenient for ppl trying to get the most done w the little time they have. read more

I specifically ordered online and checked the time after I placed the order and the state that they are open till 8 o'clock. However, they were closed at seven. I had already paid for my online products. I was there at 7:05 I contacted the store. They still answered they were still inside. They said they can't help me. I specifically ordered clothes for her to have for the next day, which is picture day and now I'm left with no clothes. Nothing for picture day and horrible service I Astor to change the hours and she just said she'll notify the district manager. I don't understand how you run a business and claim to be open certain hours but he close an hour before that terrible customer service. read more

Love carters clothes for may babies but o do have to say that there clothes run small. My 2 month old wears size 6 months and hes not big at all. Other than that love this store. Great prices! read more

Went shopping for my daughter with my mom and grandma. They didn't have the sizes I needed which is fine. I asked the associate to order and she was completely rude. She asked me multiple times to go look and find what I needed and did not want to order what I needed. I left and will order myself. Horrible attitude and customer service. read more

The staff here are incredible. I called to asked to see if they had Preemie sizes and the worker put aside all the Preemie cloths they had in stock before I got there. They were very sweet and made my first carter experience incredible. read more

The associate, ANGELICA, that rang me up was very rude. She insinuated that I cut in line and then admitted that she wasn't paying attention. She then continued to be curt with me as if I was inconveniencing her by paying for my items. She knew she was being unpleasant or at least I hope that's not just how she is in life. I've never had a negative experience at this store so maybe she was having a bad day but still she should leave her baggage at the door before she comes to work. read more

I can't say enough about the staff Melissa, Megan, Sarah, Dheonte and the other 2 that worked on 6 May. i saw on fb that there was an amazing sale, I called and Dheonte was super friendly and let me know they had plenty of onsies left that i needed. Once getting to the store, everyone was really nice, talkative and helpful with finding what I was looking for and even told me about the additional 25% off coupon! Not many will go that extra mile to let you know about coupons, sales and help hold items as you continue to shop. I have been to several Carters in Southern California and this Carters is the best. Every time I come in, the employees go above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for. Today, I was helped by Rachel White and Brittani. Both of them were so helpful even though I had a difficult transaction. Rachel and Brittani offered several times to help me find what I was looking for and even though I led them in circles, they were consistently kind and professional. This store is my favorite place to shop in Palmdale and the great customer service I experience every time that I am there has a lot to do with that! read more

I love shopping here for my son. I usually come for the great sales they have over the holidays. The prices are usually a little high but with the sales they come down a lot. They also have a great rewards system, for every 75 dollars spent over time, you will receive a 10 dollar reward for the store. The staff is very helpful and the store is pretty clean! read more

Had a great experience at Carter's/Osh Kosh. This is my 2nd visit here and have been helped by Ashley T. Very nice and friendly.

Carter's recently changed their return policy such that they no longer accept clothes once they've been washed once. In addition, their sizing is extremely inconsistent. Recently bought my 7 month old several pairs of pants and onesies (sized for 9 months). Assumed they would all fit the same, and so took them home to wash them before putting them on my baby. All the clothes were a little large (as expected since my baby's a little on the small size) except for one pair pants that were so tight they left marks on her thighs. Store would not accept the return. Will no longer be shopping at Carter's. read more
