I put the $1.75 in the machine, the machine ran out of time and not a single soap sud was produced by the wand. Put another $1.75 in the machine Used the "bubble brush" and scrubbed the front of my car upto the back of the front two doors. Put another $1.75 in the machine and still no soap from the wand. We are Hispanics and she would treat us very very different from the other customers whom would walk in while we were in there (white customers). Very polite to everyone but us. Rita would never great us nor ever have conversations like she would with everyone else. Yes she has great washing machines and dryers but her personality and attitude towards us would make us feel so uneasy and unwelcoming. Shortly after I arrived, an employee approached me and said that if I wanted to wash the items in the third basket, I would need to start that load within five minutes. I explained that I wasn't going to wash the third basket because there wouldn't be enough time before closing. I later took that basket back out to my car. After washing my two loads, I was moving the second load to the dryers when the employee became upset. She told me I was barely going to have enough time to dry my clothes and accused me of lying because she thought I had started the third load after telling her I wouldn't. She repeatedly asked where the third basket was, and I explained that I had already returned it to my car, though she didn't seem to believe me. Because of the interaction, I decided not to put my second load in the dryer. Instead, I packed the wet clothes into a laundry basket, placed clean sheets on top, and took everything to my car. As I was preparing to leave, the employee came outside, knocked on my car window, and apologized, saying, "Sorry I was short with you. I thought you had lied to me." She then asked whether I had put my clothes in the dryer. I told her no, because I knew it was close to closing time and wanted to make sure she could leave on time. As a result, I left with wet clothes in my car and now have to wash them again.

You can also drop your laundry off to be done for you. The owner was on-site and was very welcoming and friendly. She knew we weren't regulars and engaged us in conversation.
