When they went to go install the new window, the wrong window was delivered to them and by wrong I mean the windiw tint was the wrong tint . They took it upon themselves to call me immediately and talk through that. They even contacted a window tinting company and had the window correctly tinted at no additional cost. It was an honest mistake not even a mistake. It was just an accident instead of them saying hey sorry bring it back another day or we have to keep it for longer. They went above and beyond and asked if it was OK for them to go get the window tinted correctly.!
