I got charged $200 for my driver door glass literally 2 hours after I sat there and listened to the…read moresame man that checked me out charge a different customer $135 for the same job....OK no big deal. What is a big deal is that about 15 later as I'm on my way home I noticed that my window did not roll up and down correctly. I immediately pulled over and was told by the manager that even though they fixed my window they do not have the machine to reset my sensor, a fact that I was not made aware of till after the fact. Very dissatisfied with their service. My driver side window was smashed during a break in, they…read moreoffered me the best price for repair, so I brought it in. They did the repair and sent me on my way. One day later the newly repaired window fell down into the door and wouldn't come back up. As it was winter time, I brought my car back in, they took the door panel off, and told me that the regulator for the window had been bent and would need to be replaced. Mind you the only way to reach this piece of equipment was to take the panel off with tools, which they had just done a day before. When I asked how this could have happened, they told me "You'd know better than I would." Of course they had bent the regulator themselves during the course of their repair a day earlier. They insisted on charging me full price for a new regulator and wouldn't refund any of the original window replacement price. This effectively doubled my price of repair, rendering my choice of the cheapest shop available pointless. If this was the end of the story, I'd be likely to move on and chalk it up to a hard luck loss. Unfortunately they did a shoddy job on the second repair and the window fell back down into the car door once again later that week. I called them back, they seemed shocked, and told me to bring my car back in for a third time. I refused to pay for any further charges and they agreed. In fairness their third repair worked fine with no issues to this day. However, having wasted five hours total dealing with them, sitting in their shop, incurring an additional expense due seemingly to their negligence, and sub-par workmanship, will keep me from coming back here and caused me to write this review. Save yourself considerable hassle and added expense and take your car somewhere else for a window replacement.

There was not a molecule of broken glass left in the car after he was finished. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind. Columbus Car Audio went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough. I am very gratefully to Jay and Columbus Car Audio installers for addressing these issue for me.

So, I went over, looked at the samples in the window, got pricing and made an appointment. Had a 9am appointment on a Saturday and showed up kinda early as I was coming from 30+ miles away. Just note, it's in a horrible neighborhood. The shop owner arrived on time and the car went in at exactly 9am. I stated I wanted the Pinnacle Series (35% on the front sides, 15% on the rear sides and rear window...yes, I know it's illegal in Ohio and signed the waiver). They use Formula One Performance Automotive Film so there is a lifetime warranty. It cost me $379.00 (or $405.53 out the door with tax). The owner said it would be about 4 hours to complete. They do have a waiting room with a TV. They brought my car out at 1:23p (4h 23m) and it looked awesome!! Very pleased! One thing to note and it kinda bugs me, when you call they do not answer their phone and you are forced to leave them a message and they call you back when ever they want so that forces you to drive down there to avoid playing phone tag.

Auto Additions consistently responded; which made them very easy to work with. The building is in an industrial area but very clean inside and out. I've been to tint shops that were "holes" but this was not. It gave a good impression of the e quality of service. Service was good and they got me in at my appointed time and done at a good time. My only gripe is that I wasn't aware of the price until afterwards. The job was flawless, nonetheless. First time I've ever had a tint job where I didn't have to go back. I will absolutely be using their services on my next vehicle.
