Olga called me and stated that they did not feel comfortable doing the job and that the apartment was smelly, which was not true. She also admitted that it was going to be an 8-hour job. Yes, that's what I was paying you for! But don't turn it back on me like I was the problem, just say that your girls weren't prepared to do the job! When we arrived at the new home we did the same and walked through the new home and designated what items go to which room. It was a long day but the movers made it a all the better.
