Great doctor ~~~ All of my siblings all have had him as our doctor since we were babies and now my son has been seeing him as well. I love that he is an 'old school' doctor that can really evaluate your child and and not a straight by the book doctor guessing what's wrong by symptoms. This place is horrible I'm putting a review up because they never call me back and are never in the office during business hours. I had to call hundreds of times and leave 5 voicemail and still never received a call back. He also told my 4 year old son "he doesn't know if he a girl or a boy". That's weird. My son is obviously a boy why would anyone even say that. read more

I have 2 boys, I've taken my oldest that is now 6 years old to see dr. Lee since he was a newborn. My son was anemic and was struggling to get his level back to normal range but dr Lee made sure it was back to normal. Now I have a new born that I'm bringing to see dr Lee as well, I wouldn't bring my second born if I didn't think dr Lee was a good doctor. He's social and funny, he made the visits comfortable and fun. My oldest enjoys seeing him and when the dr tells him he has a shot coming, my son isn't even scared. So yeah I'd recommend dr Lee to anyone with kids. read more

Had an appt at 2:15 for my daughter, got here at 2 no one's here there at lunch. Says they will be back at 2. Which is fine sometimes they run late. 40 mins pass by still no one. That's cool just wasting my time and pulling my child out of school for nothing. read more

Who's pediatrician has same day emergency appointments, has a friendly staff and knows how to make ballon animals? THIS LADY RIGHT HERE! ‍ Dr. Lee is a great doctor, I used him when I had state insurance and continued to use him once I got private insurance for my children. His visits are very thorough and not rushed, he's great at giving shots quickly and is open to natural remedies and techniques. If your looking for a new doctor for your little ones he's a good choice. I would only recommend leaving strollers in the car and leaving extra unneeded people outside because the waiting room is a little small and can get crowded when they are busy. Dr Lee is the best. He has taken care of my daughter since she was one. She is now 12. I have an 8 year old that he helped find out that she was celiacs. If I ever needed a referral he and Marcy would get it approved. When both of my kids had allergies... He got them a referral If my girls where sick he would meet me at the laguna office if it was urgent He is one of a kind. When my kids where little he would make them balloon characters!! Called to set up an appointment for my newborn and was put on hold for over 3 minutes. I was looking for a pediatric near where I lived and Dr. Lee happens to be the closest who I was going to try out to see if his practice could be my children's doctor as my oldest children goes to another doctor that i was willing to switch if this experience with his practice went well. Unfortunately i didn't even get to go into the office to make up my mind it's not worth my time. How do you put someone on hold for over 3 minutes when i know for a fact other doctors have receptionist who takes my calls right away especially when setting up an appointment. Not sure if dr. Lee have just a one office person staff but i hung up as i didn't felt like waiting for who knows how much longer and to think how much longer i would have to wait to be seen if i did go into his office. I've been seeing Dr. Kit Lee for about 8 years, from when I was 10 to now. He is supper cool and always gives good advice about basically everything. The women in the front office are supper flexible, with when I can come in especially when it's an emergency. I'm going to college in NY and will for sure miss him. I took my kids to dr. Lee for a couple months now and the last time we were there he made me very uncomfortable. He put his forehead on my 3 years old daughters forehead with his lips inches from hers and asked for a kiss. She was very uncomfortable and my husband said " um no" so he said "how about a hug then?" Then he hugged her tight and to long and made a balloon flower for her. He didn't bother to give my son one who was crying for one. I am very uncomfortable and worried about this guy working with kids. read more

Dr. Lee sees both of my babies, and after seeing multiple doctors, I wouldn't have it any other way. He's funny, down to earth, direct, great with kids and very approachable. So about two months ago I found out that dr.lee was still in business. Once I confirmed this I immediately checked to see if they accepted my insurance so I can switch my son from a different pediatrician. Not only is he a great doctor but he accepts medical PEOPLE!!! It's extremely hard to find great doctors that accept medical! I absolutely love and admire dr lee. He is very patient and thorough with his patients. He has been in this practice for years. I'm 26 years old and he was my pediatrician growing up! If you are looking for a pediatrician that has great experience, someone that truly cares about his patients dr. Lee is definitely for you! I switched from a certain dr. Because she was always busy never really had time to explain what was going on, so I felt stuck with her until I found out my childhood pediatrician is still in business. As far as the medical assistants they are wonderful as well. If you have any questions or concerns they will definitely help you out! As far as the negative reviews # 1 if you know your child has a broken arm why would you not go to the emergency room. It is only common sense to do so. As far as the receptionist making you feel rushed or if they are rude I have never experienced this with them. You will not be disappointed if you go with dr. I have been coming to Dr. Kit Lee ever since I can remember. Actually, he maybe my doctor but I really feel like he's family. He has always been my primary source when it comes to my health and there wasn't one moment where his diagnostics failed me or my family. He is very professional and straight to the point. It is very difficult to actually find a doctor these days who actually cares and looks after their patients and isn't just in it for the money. I am the living proof that Dr. Kit Lee lives and breathes to make sure his patients are accommodated and attended to. As a kid I remember the anxiety getting vaccination shots, but Dr. Kit Lee always made me a balloon or gave me stickers and just did the most to actually make me forget I was even at a doctors office. Growing up and experiencing other healthcare providers I realized how blessed I am to have had Dr. Kit Lee look after my health. If you are looking for a pediatric provider don't hesitate to come to him. He really knows what he's doing and I will definitely be coming to him for as long as I can. There is no doubt I will ever walk away from this Doctor's office feeling like I was mistreated and/or not attended to fairly. Terrible doctor! My daughter broke her arm at school, took her to Dr. Lee. I really just wanted to go to urgent care (to save time) but dr. Lee's office said that we were only able to go to urgent care if it's after hours (after 5pm). My husband took our daughter to Dr. Lee first and then he referred us to Lakewood Regional for an X-ray. The whole process took 3+hours and Dr. Lee had the worst bedside manner! A bunch of unnecessary running back and forth between the Dr.'s office and Lakewood Regional. To top it all off, Dr. Lee did not wrap, sling, or do anything for my daughter's arm and told my husband to just buy everything over the counter. He wouldn't even write a prescription for the items that we needed (e.g. Motrin). He also told my husband to "do his research" regarding broken arms and do whatever is necessary. Then why the f*** are we coming to you for??! Aren't you the doctor?? And to let us go without even wrapping or providing anything for my daughter's arm?? Terrible! Plus, my husband overheard Dr. Lee and the office staff talking s*** about him saying that my husband should've taken/gotten the X-ray film when my husband was never told to take the X-ray film! Miscommunication, terrible bedside manner, unprofessional, and cheap are all words that come to mind with this doctor! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone! I'm planning on filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California. read more

Very upset with the service of this dr. I had an appintment at 10am, i sat in wating room till 1030 being the only person in there the whole time, when i asked them what was taking so long they told me because the doctor was not there yet and this was at about 1020, so why did i have an apointment at 10 when he isnt there till 1030? Then he came in and asked me why i was in a rush and what did i have to do that day that was so important?. What i have to do isnt your concern its why im here with a apointment and you arent there? And then he gave my son a shot and didnt even put a bandiad on it... and walked out the door , that was it . Rude service and very unprofessional. His bedside manner is terrible, and the front staff just talks about there family life instead of informing the patients of what is going on. I will be finding a new doctor for my son. So I had Dr lee for my daughters first 6 months. My first time with dr lee was the day after my daughters birth he came in was very nice but I found it weird when he Unswaddled her and took off her diaper to check her and just left her like that...I ignored it but I noticed the pattern every check up it was kind of off he would give her her shots and not bandage her leaving blood drops draining out and getting blood drops on my clothes. His staff was so rude never greeted me I had to say hello first.. They never let me know what was going on when dr lee was running late just left me sitting there. Dr Lee is very nice and a wonderful person but it's just the small things that bothered me and especially how late I would have to wait to see him because he's gone around the time of my appointment. Another thing that bothered me was the fact that he kept telling me my daughter was too fat I was scared because I thought I was doing something wrong later to find out from the doctor she is with now told me her weight is proportionate to her height because she is tall and her weight is perfect. read more
