Seriously the best insurance agency you could find! I've been with them for years and have never been given a reason to look elsewhere for insurance. It's so easy to get ahold of them and have them help with changes or questions. Yesterday I emailed them about a mileage survey and Kathy got back to me within minutes. My daughter Christine Humphries added me to her policy she is a sweetheart. They don't charge a broker fee ever. I was able to get full coverage for 299 for six months with a $500 deductible a car rental plus lockout and tow. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. My policy kept going up in price without a notice or anything. It increased 3 times in a year. I called and spoke to Jasmine who said she would email me some documents I needed to fill out and never heard back from her. Diana was really sweet and helpful but the experience with this company was horrible. I switched to Geico and I'm saving $40 a month. read more
