Seriously the best insurance agency you could find! I've been with them for years and have never been given a reason to look elsewhere for insurance. It's so easy to get ahold of them and have them help with changes or questions. Yesterday I emailed them about a mileage survey and Kathy got back to me within minutes. Their customer service is bar none, I don't believe I receive better service from any other company I do business with. Unfortunately, they don't care about the customer. They have good rates, but not customer friendly. Takes several days to respond to any communication. Missed one phone call and they cancelled my car insurance and are now requesting a higher premium for my overall payment. read more

Kathy answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient with explaining the products to me. I have two personal autos insured through the Farmer Kitajima Agency, as well as renters insurance. My daughter Christine Humphries added me to her policy she is a sweetheart. They don't charge a broker fee ever. I was able to get full coverage for 299 for six months with a $500 deductible a car rental plus lockout and tow. I've been with Farmers for awhile now and all my experience with them have been pretty great. I have encountered many reps but one in particular have been very helpful, Maria Cauich. I recently decided to go out there and rent an apartment (my very first time) and honestly I never heard of needing renters insurance. Maria was so informative and walk me through the whole process. She even told me I would get 5% off my auto ins with renters ins! How awesome is that! I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. My policy kept going up in price without a notice or anything. It increased 3 times in a year. I called and spoke to Jasmine who said she would email me some documents I needed to fill out and never heard back from her. Diana was really sweet and helpful but the experience with this company was horrible. I switched to Geico and I'm saving $40 a month. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Buying a car and needing immediate insurance so I can drive it home, I called Farmers on a whim, and Dan Kitajima answered. Dan was great, as he took me through a formal question and answer session to assess my needs. I immediately got the feel that this was a serious guy looking to help, so I dropped the list of insurance brokers, and dealers I was holding on to. I'm walking! I'm walking! I was relieved someone was there to help. Then when I told him I needed insurance NOW, that I am buying the car NOW, he kicked into gear!
