Man...let me tell you this place is shady and has scammers. Went here to file my taxes without going on yelp to read the reviews first. Huge mistake, they told me it will cost $50, which is fairly cheap but there was a catch that they don't tell you... after going over my tax documents, they took $305 from my tax return without even telling me anything about it. So they took out $305 from my tax return and made me pay $50 for a service fee, in total that's $355 lost. The funny part is while rechecking my documents that part of the $305 taken out, $203 was a service fee charge. Man, I'm not going back to this place and not referring anybody at all. I have been going to Ebuy insurance since 2016 filling my taxes with Veronica Cortes. PLEASE be ware for income tax return THEY ARE A FRAUD. Make you belief you are only paying $50 to file your taxes, however, if you carefully review your forms they are charging over $500 not to mention the $50 fee they charge upfront. They do not show you the actual federal refund until your sign the documents and even then they never inform you of this number or explain to you. They only give you the number after they have deducted over $500 of fees. On mine to be exact they took out $598.90. Maybe this is the reason why it takes so long for you to obtain your refund. I filed mine from 2020 in February and still have not received my refund. I will definitely be looking into legal actions against this type of unlawful acts. I can not believe I didn't catch this sooner, luckily during the process of refinancing this was brought up to my attention. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!!
