Well- my Van gets damaged and needs to be in the shop for two weeks. "It's ok-" I tell my partner.. "Zach Davis assured me that we're covered" Wrong! Apparently, Zach hooked me up with an insurance that would only cover my loss of wages if I was to incur damage at my address! If you can't understand the irony in this: I'm a mobile dog groomer- my house could burn to the ground and it would not affect my work.. Here is how I was mistreated: 1. I was tricked into thinking that several different looking insurance companies were all different, but found out later that they all work together- effectively wasting my time. 2. I was mislead into getting insurance that can't come anywhere close to helping me in the real world situation that I am now in. 3. Once I pointed this out, I got a quick "sorry you feel that way" and no wanting to make things right, just a suggestion to go somewhere else. (Keep in mind I lost two weeks of pay that I was just expecting would keep me above water after being down for two months.) 3. They refused refund the money that I have been exchanging for a worthless insurance after I cancelled-their reason for this is that If another claim was made, they would have to respond to claim if something was to arise when the policy was in place... I can sign a paper stating that no other claim will be made-then can I have back my stolen money?! While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix. When I pressed him for his honest opinion, he said he personally wouldn't buy it at the listed price but if we negotiated it lower, then it might be worth considering. That level of honesty is RARE. They are your small local auto shop but I would choose them over any flashy, grandiose service center any day. Their integrity and transparency make them stand out. So I went to this place due to reasonable prices. Their labor prices are also more competitive. The only downsize is that they don't do appointment. Otherwise; so far so good.

I used to come to this tire repair shop many years ago, and back then I thought it was a very good…read moredeal. They could patch a tire for about $20 cash, and the service was quick and convenient. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car
