Their showroom is lovely and she was able to walk me over to a display and actually show me the various features and options. That made it so much easier to make decisions. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. We were not happy at all with their cuts, install and customer service. 1)We had several…read morecommunication issues, which delayed install. 2)After scheduling a month out they changed it x2. 3) They didn't bring enough help so my husband had to help them carry it in. 4) The sink cutouts are not even but super wavy as are most of the corners. 5)During install (we stood back and watched the whole process) They scratched our brand new hickory floor with tools and ran a cart into the cabinet. 6) When carrying smaller pieces they banged into my brand new cabinets 3x. Upon talking to them about it they denied they did anything and blamed it on my kids and our shopvac(which has rubber wheels and had only been carried never drug) All in all I would never recommend them ever!

We got countertops and sink from Granite Trans.. Sink cracked in 4 years. We( the consumer) had to…read morego through the sink company which is located in New Jersey to get new one. Granite Transformation said they had to install the new sink because if something were to happen to countertops the warranty would not be good. Cost $350. New sink had crack, this is after GT guys tore out old sink. So we sat with no sink at all. Again we contact sink maker, it is on back order. Long story short...GT found us a sink in Omaha and they had an opening for next day to install( it was a miracle!) Installed on a Wed. got bill on Friday. I decided to try Menards after a not-so-great experience at a different big box store. I wish I…read morecould say it was a much better experience, but I can't. The main problem is customer service. You would think that on a Saturday there would be employees in every department ready to help customers, but not so. It seems that Menards would like to employ order takers to write up sales but no one to help with questions. I walked around looking for someone to help me buy a door. I went up front to the check out area twice to request help before someone showed up. There was a computer in the area that appeared to be a self-service-write-your-own-sales-ticket, but it wasn't user friendly to me. Besides that, I didn't want to write up my own ticket lest I make a mistake. That isn't my job! When someone finally came, he had me come to the back of the store to print the sales order. That's when I realized I should have gone there for help right from the start. Little did I know, that's where all the employees were. There should be signs directing customers to the back of the store if that's how they want to help customers.
