Today I went there and the moment i stepped in, I was greeted cheerfully. The guy asked me what I need, and then proceeded to grab a basket and took me where the products are, and filled my basket with what I need. Once, I went there to duplicate a key. They didn't have the same base key to file from, so they use another one. Took the staff extra time to do that, and then he insisted that i do not need to pay for it, as he wasn't sure if it would work perfectly. Another time, they didn't have what I was looking for (an item I have been seeking in many places), the guy offered to ask the buyer to see if he can make a special order. Not all Ace's have great service, but this place is as good as it comes!

Could not beat the $59 for 5 tier sturdy plastic units that Harbor a freight had. This store only had 2 in stock and told me to call if I needed more and they would check inventory. I called a few hours after I assembled the ones I had purchased and was told no more at this location, but Cutler Ridge had them in stock. Very please with the items I purchased (even Made in USA!) and the price paid. Store was super clean and well signed and organized. Also pleased with the help I received.

Now there are a fee that have gone to that have great shelf space and because of that minor detail are one of my favorite locations. It literally just depends on the area that I am in. And for those of you that don't know the importance of "shelf space". The more shelf space the more stuff they can stock. If you are a frequent shopper of the Dollar Tree franchise, you would know first hand that they all don't carry the exact same items. Needless to say, I bout a bunch of junk that I probably didn't need at the moment but wanted and became useful down the line. Other than that, it is your typical Dollar Tree. A little more organized in a sense. The had rows and rows of items and unlike other locations had enough cashiers to keep the lines moving. Would definitely come again when I am in the area.
