From the Doctor's and PA's, to the Nurses and Aid's, to the front desk staff and Housekeepers, everyone we interacted with was caring and responsive to every need. A hospice journey is never easy, but Northwoods made it as easy as possible for all concerned, especially Carol. I specifically want to call out Steve, Alex, and Kiki for the outstanding work they did. Being out of touch with my loved one, not knowing how he was doing, made me feel that he was ISOLATED from family and that he could be as worried as I was for his own safety. Guy at desk was filling in and did not seem to care, but other staff saw my missed calls and explained they needed to tell the fill-ins to answer the phones???? She spent quality time with my husband and me, and swiftly addressed our concerns. I really felt like I was empowered to heal and become a better version of myself. The clinic is clean and peaceful with a relaxed vibe. Supplements are available for purchase at a true discount. Telephone appointments are also available. The only drawback (a huge one) is that they do not bill insurance. You will need to submit the super bill yourself for reimbursement. However, Dr. Anderson's expertise is worth the inconvenience.

You must make an appointment in order for someone to be there. Just to change a tube Sadly to say they need to close this place down. they need to stop paying the staff if they are not going to be there
