The patches didn't ship until December 13th, two full weeks later! What were they doing for two weeks? I have no idea - there was no email from them explaining what was going on. I emailed the address on file for the order. No response after over a week. Maybe there's a reason for the two-week delay, but if a customer's question is ignored, who knows? The Arrive app they use was a pain to set up, and after I set it up I was unhelpfully informed no tracking information was available. Has it shipped at all? I really don't know. I emailed them again. Another week went by, no response. Worse, when we left for Christmas with my family on 20th, and the patches still hadn't arrived. Seven days to get from Vancouver to Seattle should have been enough. So now my brother-in-law gets a picture of his gift instead of the actual patches. As of Jan 9th, still no response to either email. I'll never deal with True North Screen Printing again.

When I discovered the issues on the mock up they originally sent to the wrong email address , I corrected the mistakes . To my disappointment the heat transfer did not imprint correctly and the decal was seriously messed up . They tried to pass this off without any mention of the issues. No apology , lots of waiting around , lots of excuses . They charge as if they are professional yet they provide amateur service and results . Better to DIY than to use this outfit .
