My son got tired so I took him home to take a rest while my laundry was drying, came back picked up laundry. All of my sons pajamas his snow pants his irreplaceable blanket that was made by grandmother we're all missing! I didn't think much of it until I went home and folded the laundry and realized what had happened!! All of it I don't know what happened I think somebody stole them! That on top of a towel. They're open 24/7 which is awesome. Got sink, rags, coin changer, vending machine, soap dispenser and seating area in a temperate environment. I didn't freeze wearing just pants and a shirt I middle of winter. Prices are more expensive then my hotel but way way more convenient and faster. In and out in almost and hour.

My whole closet, all the clothing I hung them next to... I unwrapped them and "aired" them out, but the smell was just terrible. Smelled like old take out and dirty carpet or something- just really bad. I paid almost $500 for this. These clothes were brand new, never worn. I didn't want to wreck them before my conference, but unfortunately, this cleaners wrecked them. One white blouse had a blue mark slashed through the back of it also. This place is a rip off. I started using cash to do my laundry as I felt (and still feel) like I…read morewas being overcharged when I used my card. I was told that the bank puts a temporary charge that is not permanent. I get that, as I've seen it with other vendors, but this did not change in my account. Now, I usually do my laundry after work as it's right down the street from there and get there a little after 5:00 pm. This is important as there is no longer any attendant on duty after 4. This last visit I put my laundry in and went to the change machine to get some coins. I put in my $20 and only received $10.25 before the machine stopped spitting out coin and said out of service. I contacted the number given for any issues, gave them my name, telephone number, told them what happened and asked them to call me back so that we could resolve this. This was on a Tuesday. It's now Thursday and I have left another message without any response. I wouldn't be posting this if they had just picked up the telephone can contacted me. It shouldn't take three days or more to acknowledge that there is an issue that your customer needs resolved! I used to go here all the time. It was the cleanest place and convenient to me. I no longer want to go here as I feel too much has changed with the new owners that are not in the best interest of the customer. That being said, they've lost a loyal customer of over 16 years.
