Locally, one of the most unique features they have to offer is a membership Wash plan. I frequent this car wash any time I'm in the Stuart's Draft area. For those unfamiliar with this location they also have vacuums located in the back as well as 2-3 handheld wash bays. They are saying they have no way to verify I didn't ask for it. Common sense would show that if a customer ordered an unlimited monthly wash, but never used the car wash one time in the following two months, they didn't order it. Apparently this is a common scam at several of the Tidal Wave car washes in our area, as my bank said they have dealt with quite a few complaints about fraudulent charges from numerous customers.
