When I arrived I was informed that the inspector was at lunch and took lunch at 12:00 every day and I should have called to make the appointment, that it would have to be rescheduled. I asked why the website allows an appointment for an inspection to be set for 12:00 and was told that's how the website works but I should have called. This is ridiculous, if the website does not work for vehicle inspection appointments then they should have a disclaimer or update the website in some way. A person should not have to make an appointment on a website and then be expected to call to confirm when the appointment was confirmed by the website.

You would call, make an appointment for whatever and that was it. Tom retired and now there are men at the desk who are not very friendly. Besides that, you now can't be connected directly to Mr. Tire. You dial a number and someone in another country who you cannot understand sets up your appointment. And, you listen to music for about 10 minutes waiting for a representative to answer your call. I think it's time for me to find another place to take my car.

I called Jenkins because I thought they were a bigger Goodyear dealer than they are. They assured me they could have the tire the next day which they did. When I took the vehicle down to have the tire changed, they scratched the rim on my wife's new car. A new rim for that vehicle was $770. Jenkins refused to make it good. they kept putting me off and putting me off and putting me off telling me they were looking for a good used A+ rim, and basically blew me off. The gentleman I spoke with at Jenkins told me he kept texting the owner, Todd Jenkins, and that he (Todd Jenkins) would call me. That never happened. Jenkins never called me back or followed up in any way. Their word meant nothing. I realize that when service work is done, including mounting a tire on a rim, that accidents can happen. However, I also realize that it's up to the dealer to make it right. This they did not do. I wouldn't recommend Jenkins Services or Todd Jenkins to conduct party games at a six-year-old's birthday party. As far as I'm concerned, they get a -10 stars. I should have had Rice Tire (formerly Central Tire) handle the situation. They would have done it honestly and correctly.

Searching for towing companies near Verona, VA I came up with a few results. The one company…read more(Cash's Towing) said the number was no longer in service. The second company (Nate's Roadside Service) went to voicemail. The third company (AMG Towing and Recovery) answered my call. My North Star Sportstar III broke its axle after 1,400 miles holding 2,100 of its 3,000 load limit 120 miles from home. AMG's rollback handled it perfectly and the driver was very conscious of making sure the load (with three ATV's) was stable. Very polite and IMO was a reasonable price for a tow. I definitely recommend them!
