The biggest surprise was how comfortable the treatment was. My previous laser experience at another clinic was pretty painful, and they used a cold gel that left my skin sticky and made the whole process messy. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy.
