I have been a monthly member since the month after they opened. Kiwi is similar to the type of modern, full service car washes we had in the Northeast. I wash my car there two to three times/week, and use the towels, liquid cleaning spray and floor mat shampoo machine. My auto detailer tells me that using Kiwi has not damaged my auto's paint finish, and the ceramic finish on the car has held up well as well. While they have sufficient staff, with whom I do not need to deal with very often, sometimes the staff has an attitude. Overall, I am very satisfied with Kiwi. read more

The wash was great, the encounter with the employee in charge was at the least "unprofessional" . I live beachside and went to Kiwi 3 times a week. [I pay a monthly membership] No employee should be able to raise their voice to a customer and retain their job. I am a retired restaurant owner, one of my employees raised their voice to a customer, they would walk out the door with their last paycheck. Newly opened, so not everything is up to speed, yet. Overall, the wash is OK; I think the new rotating brushes left circular patterns on the car paint. I suppose a good detailing would help that. I don't know if I'll come again; There are quite a few car washes in VB, so finding one is easy. read more

The car wash of all car washes, trust me here, they have everything you could possibly need to clean your car including mat shampoo machines. Towels are always clean and the wash does an amazing job, the ceramic beads the rain off your windshield, the membership is worth it. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. ‼‼SHARE THIS PLZ‼‼ The treatment I just got at Kiwi Car Wash was HORRIBLE. I go to the gate to pull into the car wash and the gate doesn't open it says that my account was closed. I asked for assistance. A young man comes over to help. He asked for the last four of my credit card I couldn't remember the last for exactly, so another young man comes out name Daniel he immediately has an attitude! He says you gave us the wrong card number I said my bad I have over six cards I apologize and don't know which one I used. I asked him how can I get it fixed ? Daniel says to me pay your bills! I was shocked. I backed up turn around and go into their front office. Daniel is at the desk. I said to him, I just came here yesterday and spoke to the manager and my account was fine. He says oh you're right we had your credit card on a different license plate so you do have an account. I try to explain to him I don't hv any other license plates just the 1. Instead of trying to fix my problem, he kept saying well. I don't know how that happened . I was trying to explain to him I only on the one car . I was so upset because he was not trying to help me. When I know I have been paying for my account a little over two months now. All he could say was...."But you messed up because you did not know the last four of your credit card." I said to him I have over eight cards. I don't remember all of them. I also said to him I did not appreciate how do you spoke to me outside and I wanted to come inside and speak to him about that instead of him apologizing he says oh well if you're gonna talk to me like that I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. Anyone would have gotten offended if someone tells them I don't know how you can fix it. You just need to pay your bills. He was rude and disrespectful. He was fine being rude to me at the gate of the car wash. But when I come into the office to tell him you can't talk to me like that he wants to act like I am offending him . When I asked to speak to a manager, he tells me I've already let the manager now, but he would not contact the manager on the phone. This car wash is exactly what Vero Beach needed, especially up by 58th Ave. yes, they have a long line sometimes but it moves very very quick. The technology is modern and new, staff are friendly and willing to help, and the vacuum area is clean! They have monthly subscriptions or you can just buy a single car wash. Try it out! read more

Everything was top notch. They provide wipe down towels also. It was a quick in and out experience.

Went to try this new car wash and I love the place with brand new equipment and all the amenities my only problem was the machine wasn't calibrated to my car and the brush put more pressure which damaged both of my tail lights, busted to pieces I did a incident report and in accordance with a employee someone will call me and we will come to a resolution, I bought 2 new tail lights and have to wait for two weeks because couldn't find anywhere even look at a junkyard at a cost of 380, after 18 days I call the place and the manager Ed told me "the tail lights are my problem and there's nothing they could do", initially I wasn't expected for they to pay everything because I understand how hard is to profit and deal with customers can be hard, but tell me that I drive my car to your place to get the wash and end up with a damage isn't your business fault doesn't sounds fair either. read more
