we took my daughter's car to them for an oil change 3,000 miles ago. We developed a slight oil leak after that. When we went back for another oil change the kid said the oil pan was cracked and that she must have hit something and that they couldn't do an oil change. There are no signs of damage from hitting anything. This is a common problem with Hyundai Sonata's if you over tighten the oil drain plug You crack the oil pan. We just had the oil pan re by a reputable repair shop. Very disappointed and will never recommend them or go back to them. read more

Tyler g was the absolute best my 89 year old mother went in for and oil Change and said she never felt safer!! they did not take advantage of her and Tyler offered to fill her washer fluid and tires anytime she needed in between oil changes for free!!! so i went in to test it my self and I also got Tyler and he was amazing above and beyond and at the end let me know everything he did to my car he is amazing and very attentive I thanked him from me and my mother and let him know how nice it is that we have a place we can trust for to go and feel safe so from us thank you Tyler and thank you Mr oil for employing such a responsible well mannered young man we will never go anywhere else read more

Always been my go to. This weekend was my last change there. Had to ask for windshield to be wiped. The wrong sticker was printed and placed twice. Computer was not reset. Hood was greasy after I left. Rear brake lights and signals were not checked. I called the manager and he said I could come back and he could reset my computer. You pay $90 you want full service. read more

I just left Mr. oil, Xpress lube. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jacob. Jacob should not be in a customer service business. I questioned why my normal oil change was more expensive than the last time. He rolled his eyes at me and walked away. Jacob is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I had the receipts in my glove box to show that they raised the price by $10. Jacob should be digging ditches somewhere and not dealing with people. Buyer Beware! 11 Months ago, I got an oil change and the guy also sold me on changing my windshield wiper blades to Rainx wiper blades. So I agreed and paid the extra money and got them not realizing that he threw my original blade holders away. When I went to get new blades from my Honda dealership they couldn't install their blades because the blade holders were thrown away and their blades didn't fit the Rainx ones. So instead of just spending under $20 for all new blades only, I had to buy the holders for $76.84. Their management said they couldn't help me. Also, my friend went there for a synthetic oil change and they gave him regular oil. He didn't find out until his next oil change from a different vendor. He paid for the more expensive and ended up not knowing he got ripped off by getting the cheaper oil. read more

I did not realize how good I had it. Since moving to another state I have failed to find a new oil change place that can come even close to the price or speed of Mr.Oil. All other places charge 150% or higher of the price and take 2-3 times as long, and very few places allow you to stay in the car while they work on it. I would like to see a Mr.Oil in every city I visit. If Mr.Oil had publicly traded stock I would put my entire net worth into them. Brought two cars in for oil change. The shop is clean the staff is friendly. They work together checking all the fluids, checking air pressure, brake fluid and battery levels. Air filter, Tire pressure and safety checks done. Washing the windshield while never getting out of your car. The mechanics do it all while you wait about 10 to 15 minutes.
