They're great just wish your parking lot was a little bit bigger other than that cheapest price in town for tires

As usual service was impeccable and the new tires were $100 cheaper than anywhere else that I priced.

I think when an auto garage's see you pull up in a new car their eye balls roll backwards and…read moredollar signs pop up like a slot machine. As if the car isn't considered a major expense or luxury item. You always ask a customer before doing work to the car if you already see a problem. I came in because I picked up a nail and my tire was leaking pretty badly. I put air in and drove to the closest place. The nail was viable before you even take the tire off. I asked for a quick patch. Now they come get me telling me it can't be patch because they only patch the inner 3" of tread. Well, that's fine if you don't want to do the job. But they pulled the tire off the rim and removed the nail so I could not go else where. They tell me the tire needs replacement because I drove on it flat. No, that's not enough damage. The tire has about 6,500 miles on it. I have seen tires come in where rubber rubbing was a huge problem and actually made groves inside the tire. Mine was nothing like that. Very minimum damage to my tire. Something they may not know about Subaru's is that the drive tran must always be even or the symmetrical all-wheel drive will get damaged. I noticed the issue right away! Also. This is why Subaru has a full size spare tire. Had they told me before removing the nail and my tire from the rim I could have been on my way. But I'm going to loose another 3 hrs of my day dealing with what they don't want to. Geez, take the $30 patch job or up sell to a new tire. Lol unless your new tire has 6,500 miles of wear on it. You will cause serious damage to my car. Then to use scare tactics on me "it's going to blow up" Feels like a training issue, come to the customer first. Now I got a tire YOU removed from the rim which I can not high speed balance myself. You should have let me know before causing further damage to my car and day. This car is something I saved up for, I saved money for 4 years just to put down a down payment. In no way are customers loaded and should you attempt to exploit them. Everyone in the lobby and shop complained about the prices. Of the 5 others I saw not a single one left happy. I left down right angry at this entire state! How does no one here know about Subaru's? Or how to tread the customer. Should I walk into these place's and the first thing I should say is "I use to be a mechanic so don't try to rip me off?" I really don't think so nor do I think it's a relevant fact when I need minor work.

I was provided with positive feedback and a willingness to accommodate. Their prices are very good compared to other stores in the area. The service was good and very friendly. I came here to have my trailer hitch installed on my car. They got it done much quicker than I anticipated. They put my hitch on without a single hitch. Now comes the part where I have to test my hitching skills. I've never even pull the trailer so excited find out just how bad I'm going to destroy my car. I've also got a quote on tires from them, price was a little more than I liked after I express that I was told they have a cheaper Chinese brand of tires. Chinese quote was very comparable, something I was about to go with. Regrettably, I was unable to make the purchase through their store as I do not reside in the area. Great team of workers, great support, great feedback, clean waiting room and a porch to chill on while you wait. Highly recommended

Todd and Vinny are extremely detailed in both their work and how they explain it when you pick up your car. They're our, "Go To Mechanics" from now going forward. We highly recommend them to all of our friends. If you're a Veteran then you'll also be happy because they give us a discount and I never asked for one. I want to be fair about this review. A mechanic or repair shop has every right to decline a job,…read moreespecially an unusual or difficult repair. I have absolutely no problem with that. If you don't want to take the job, simply tell me, "This isn't something we want to get involved with," and I'll thank you for your time and take my car somewhere else. What I did have a problem with was the way I was spoken to. I came in specifically to explain that I knew this would likely be a difficult repair and wanted the shop to understand what they might be getting into before accepting it. I wasn't looking for a cheap fix, and I was prepared to pay to have the job done correctly. Instead of simply declining the work, I was given a long explanation about how backed up the shop was and was repeatedly told that someone there had spoken with me numerous times about this vehicle. That simply isn't true. I had not repeatedly called the shop. I corrected this more than once, yet the conversation continued as though I didn't know how many times I had contacted or visited a business myself. Eventually I was told that this wasn't something the shop wanted to get involved with. That's fine. That could have been said at the beginning and I would have had no problem whatsoever. I'm not questioning the positive experiences other customers have had here, and I'm not claiming anything about the quality of their mechanical work because they did not work on my vehicle. I'm reviewing the customer service experience I personally had. You can decline a difficult job without being rude or argumentative with a potential customer. You can also say you're busy without turning it into a song and dance. Especially in a small community, treating people respectfully matters. Just be straightforward: "We don't want to take this repair." That's all that needed to be said. I found another local shop willing to inspect the vehicle and determine the best way to repair it, so everything worked out. I just wish this interaction had been handled with the same straightforward professionalism.
