I have been here three times. The first two times my daughter treated me as we were attending an out of state wedding. I don't go to nail salons. The acrylic pedicures do last a very long time. No one speaks English. Or very few. ***Warning. Watch out for the older woman who works there. A real huckster. They list on their website a "classic pedicure" for $33. A "spa Pedicure" for $48. I was charged $58. When I sat down the older woman asked me if I wanted the $82 or the $72. I had no idea what she was talking about. She said $82 for an hour.....I told her I wanted a basic pedicure and did not want to be there an hour. .. She asked did I want to "spa?" I told her OK. She said $58. Not having a price list in front of me I said OK. With tip, for a french tip I paid $70. Last time I went there (a year ago) she approached me when I sat down for the pedicure and told me she could offer me "something" (could not understand her) for an extra $15 and it was only for me that day. Something special. I told her no. The man I had did not speak any English and I had NO idea. So I was joking with him at first that being the only man he must have a lot of patience working with all the women. He gave me a dirty look. I realized he had no idea what I was saying. Odd vibe. They speak to each other in another language and you have no idea what they are saying, if they are mocking you or being derogatory. Not a friendly place. I won't be back. The half hour drive and the huckster vibe didn't sit well with me. You really have NO idea what you are paying for. PLus I don't use these services. Only for special occasions. read more

My daughter and I went there for nails, for acrylic nails they charged $75, and when questioned about the price, was told they go by the length...Seriously???? Think they see someone "new" and they think cha cing . They don't rush you and they have snacks/water available for customers for no extra charge. I got a gel fill & the lemon/rose milk bath spa pedicure. I got acrylic nails there about a week ago and when i got there i admired the place because it really was pretty my nail tech didn't even get my nails ready she just went straight in with the drill and cut my fingers my nails are in pain as i'm trying to take them off and even chucked out a piece of my thumb nail wouldn't recommend for acrylic nails. read more

I used to go here and loved the way my nails were done. I have cerebral palsy in my right arm and leg and they were very patient with me, however, I made appointments. I would sit there and wait 15 minutes to almost two hours because of people walking in or showing up late. It's very clean and well kept but we make make appointments for a reason. Other nail salons and doctors offices charge if your 15 or so minutes late and I think they should be stricter in that sense. They should also maybe have someone on walk-ins for manicures and pedicures. Put the people who show up on time first and unfortunately turn others away or make an appointment for another day for people you can't take. ‍ read more

I made an appointment to be seen at 12:30. Was there at 12:10. They took two walk ins and I still was not seen by 1. So I left. When my boyfriend called to cancel the appointment they told me they'd take me now. Of course you'd take me now it was 45 minutes past my appointment and the walk ins were done. Vivian was doing my nails and this was my first time ever getting tips or anything. She continued to make rude comments about my nails and "sweaty hands" and be being "nervous" and needing to relax. After informing her I was hard of hearing she continued to be rude about me not hearing her correctly and laughing at me. I then accidentally messed up my pinky nail she processed to scorn me for messing up telling me " I am wasting her time" and "she has people waiting". I made appointment for 2 refills and 2 pedicures for 11:30am. As I sat down the pedicurist told me for an extra $7 she will give me a longer message on legs and feet. For the second pedicure was only $31. In compassion my pedicurist did exactly as the $31... No extra message and the color looked like a 5 year old did it. She got frustrated and started to take the nail polish off and then cut me with the cuticle cutter. In her frustrations she told the pedicurist next to her to finish the job (the second pedicurist did it better) the first one took over again to pretend like she did it all by herself. Then she tells me next time you should pick the color I say. Excuse me if I wanted pink then pink should be suggested not purple nor orange. Afterwards, My daughter is only 14yrs and needed refills. Everytime the manicurist say to her you need a take off and full set. Same BS they say to me and mine are just fine. My daughter is a child. If I said only refills and regular nail polish thats what I want that's what I'm paying for. The manicurist manipulated my child after the child picked a regular nail polish to a gel polish. Non the less the second manicure which was for me I did not do because of the incompetence of the staff. I paid $38 for a regular pedicure (instead of $31) $10 for eyebrows and $38 for a full set plus tax. Needless to say I did not get mine refilled. I've referred other friends and family after experiencing the manipulation at this company you Might have had 6 customers for a year now your losing 6 for life. read more

What can I say other than WOW, I was extremely nervous going to get a pedicure as soon as the salons were allowed to re-open, Kiwi is right down the street and decided to give it a shot, hands down this is the cleanest place I have ever been to, they put so many precautions in place to protect you, as I was there they sanitized everything a few times, and I mean everything right down to nail polish bottles, even better was the spa pedicure it was the best I have ever have! My Daughter In Law and I were there for a Mani/Pedi as part of our preparations for her son's (my grandson's) wedding. I have never had a pedicure done and I thought I would have a hard time not laughing because my feet are so ticklish. I have to say the ladies that did my manicure did an excellent j ob. The pedicure was awesome. The lady that did it was also awesome. The people there are warm, friendly and sincerely love what they do I wish they had a place in my neighborhood in Florida. What a great addition to this area! The nail salon is beautifully decorated, very modern but warm and inviting feel. It welcomes you to come in and relax for the best mani/pedi in the area. They even spoil you with hot towels and hot rocks, and not at an extra cost. There's a loyalty program and no upcharge for using a credit card. It's so clean , beyond clean, amazingly clean for a nail salon, and it also doesn't have that nail salon odor.
