It was done so efficiently, never rushed, and came out gorgeous, exactly what I asked for. Like watching a total artist at work. And this is very random but the playlists they had on the entire time ...was surprisingly great! It started with some classic rock (lots of Stevie Nicks ) and flowed into this dreamy '90s indie whimsgoth playlist that made the whole space feel like a calm little coffee shop. .. and then like 90s indie whimsgoth .. just good playlists the entire time. Made the ambience really calm / coffe shop type deal. ) it was so so clean and lit well / beautiful decorated. Fall stuff The massage for my manicure was swell. Then .. my pedicure. OH BOY what a treat you're in for. Everything was going really great. Everything was normal ( but really great ) and then scrub scrub / cream cream AND then an amazing contrpaction put on the mans hand that vibrates or massages my leg. I can't explain it other than out of this world ???? Just for this one should visit. I am not joking. I have never experienced it but it is HEAVENLY!!! My nails are so so well done I can't stop looking at them. I'm so impressed - and confused as to how I haven't found them before But I am thrilled I found my new place. I have been getting my nails done at this salon since July 2025 and this time around was by far the worst experience I've had yet! I don't get my nails done often, or even year round. I simply like to treat myself--for holidays, my birthday, or more specifically like this time; as a little pick-me-up since it's been hard managing life without my soul cat. I even called ahead of time and they told me 12pm would be good, which was only 45 minutes after I had called. I arrived on time and they start on my toes, no complaints there. My issue begins with my manicure. My nails were grown out, just about 5 weeks and she didn't want to shorten them at all, although I don't like long nails. I had to insist that because of my job, I need short nails, I shouldn't have to do that if I'm paying for a service. I showed her my design that I wanted, and she said it would be completely doable. I even let her know that if she felt it would be too difficult to do, I can find something else. She said it would be good and I even let her hold onto my phone for the inspo pic during the whole procedure! She took the old set off and pulled out nail clippers, she cut them all crooked. She took out the e-file, she burned my cuticles off and my SKIN is RAW! Fast forward to the polishing process, I had to remind her numerous times about the design and how it was supposed to look. Asked her to thin the stripes for the plaid pattern, she didn't even DO the red/light brown for the plaid pattern. The fill doesn't even fill my nail plate. It is lumpy, THICK, and the top coat doesn't even cover all the polish. And don't even get me started on these bows!! LOL! Overall, as someone who's graduated cosmetology school, knows how it should be done, but still appreciates being able to turn off my brain and just get my nails done--it just seems that I had to do more walking her through how to do my nails, even with the inspiration pic directly in front of her.. I unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment. Does she even have her license??

Van has never hurt me, always takes her time to ensure that everything is perfect. I am no longer afraid of being hurt and can finally relax knowing that I am in good hands.
